Purchased a vax Hoover from you got it at a good price in the sale :-)

Won't be ordering from you/ know-how ever again! Had my telly less than six months when it stopped working you take it away nd kept bringing it back not fixed... Then say it's not under warranty because iv picked the telly up wrong! And then want to charge me over £200 for a new screen! You can get � won't be buying from you again and I'll be telling everyone!

Went into PC world to buy a PC. It was a Friday night so the shop was nearly empty but had around 6-7 visible staff not doing much due to the quiet time. My partner went to the tills as no one had approached us and said he would like to buy a PC and would like someone to advise on which one to buy for what he needed it for. When he got to the tills there were four members of staff talking. When they heard what he asked two of them walked away. The others looked at each other and said they were not able to deal with sales and so called for a member of sales over the tannoy while laughing at how great they sounded over the speakers. After we waited over 5 minutes no one appeared even though again four staff members found themselves back behind the tills laughing and joking. As well as us there were maybe four other people in the store wondering aimlessly with no one assisting them. We found the experience mind numbing and very frustrating. I would understand if what we wanted to buy was not in the title of the store but surely someone in there is employed to deal with one of your main selling points! I would also understand if this was a busy time of day! Would not go back to the store and have taken our business elsewhere.

Went in to purchase a new TV walked round found the one that we wanted and informed a member of staff. We were told that someone would be right with us we waited 25 minutes for a member of staff. We spoke to several staff members who were wandering around and we kept being told the same thing someone would be right with us.



After 25 minutes and being told that all staff were busy with other customers despite the fact that there were hardly any customers in store and 3 staff members were stood at the till talking we walked out.



I will now no longer be purchasing my new TV from you I will now now use one of your competitors either Amazon or AO.

Took back a laptop today which is less than two months old. The webcam doesn't work. They wanted to charge me £20 to establish if it was a software or hardware issue. If it was a software issue, I would be charged for their services to remedy it. If it was a hardware issue, I would be charged for the repair because I hadn't bought their after sales service plan and because the laptop is more than 30 days old.

I decided to bring it home and do some research so I went onto the manufacturer's website and started a Livechat session. The problem was resolved within 15 minutes.

In my opinion, Currys are not doing themselves any favours by treating paying customers so poorly. I will certainly not be shopping there again unless there's a significant change in their after sales policy.

This place is rubish ordered pc from click and collect had to wait for sales adviser 20 mins when he went to click and collect counter the laptop was not there.he said he would have to get in from the warehouse. I will be contacting the ceo about this shoddy service

Never again! I do understand that I might have to wait to be served, as attending to Customers can be lengthy, but 45 minutes is ridiculous! It's not as if the store was busy! Most of the Staff were behind the Service desk, talking and chewing gum.

I had plenty of time to browse the net and find and buy my chosen device somewhere else.

Your loss Currys. Reading the rest of the reviews, something has to change!!!

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from currys. In store and also online. I ordered my sons birthday present online Monday 4th January to be delivered to my local store for the next day. I went in to my local branch (Tamworth) to collect this only to be told it wasn't in store. I spoke to a young girl who wasn't sure of what she was doing so she asked her colleague to help, he was to busy talking to his friend about his next gym session to help her. She continued to look on her system for the order and told me I had ordered before cut off. When I ordered online it told me I had 15 minutes until guaranteed next day delivery only to be told by her it was 5 o'clock cut off. Says online 9 o'clock so I was lied to on your online service to. The colleague then asked if she had sorted it yet to which she replied no I need your help, he continued talking to his friend instead though. I was told to wait until the next day, I walked out in tears as it was for my sons birthday the next day. The next day (Wednesday 6th) I was told to come in between 1-2 and they guaranteed it would be there which yes was ideal I could collect while my son was at school. I was there just after 2 like they said and guess what once again it wasn't there and I got told it wouldn't be until gone 3. By this time once again I was in tears thinking how disappointed my son was going to be when he got home from school. I then had to call a friend and get her to take me once again to your store to collect this. I spoke to the manager and he advised me to write to you. I think the service I received from currys is disgraceful. I would advise people not to use this service which guarantees something you can't deliver. I would like someone to get back to me regarding this matter. Hence why I have published it here.
