I only went in for a vacuum cleaner and soon was greeted by Santosh who did an amazing job and also managed to change my broadband services as I was paying too much with my existing provider. She was an amazing sales assistant and Currys should be proud to have her on board well done to her.

The customer services team there are brilliant, I had numerous issues with a bad installation of washing machiine done by the delivery team all of which are sub contactors!. Anita, Ami and Laruie each time I came in they where on the case to get it resolved, no excuses, no messing around. Same their contact centre are no where as good as them.

Worst ever customers service on 30th Dec, no staff anywhere to be seen on shop floor but lots by till area chatting,after following a more mature member of staff for awhile in a t-shirt stating 'happy to help' and stood by him for ages while waiting for him to chat to the cashier who wasn't serving any customers at the time,the cashier acknowledged me so I asked if there was anybody who could help me with the coffee machines,he then replied with I'll get someone for you and hand gestured across the shop to a young lad who had to leave a customer to come over to me,I proceeded to ask infomation on the coffee machines asking what the difference was between the machines to which he replied nothing. I had heard that some machines didn't cut off water pouring until you press a button manually therefore if your not watching the machine while its pouring it can over flow the cup,but he asured me I could walk away from he machine while it was pouring and it would automatically stop when desired cup had poured. The product I had gone to purchase was sold out so I made no purchase that day.

After searching on line these coffee machines I find that some models have auto cut of and some don't, I feel the service I had that day was not great customer service, no members of staff are willing to help and the one that did help had no knowledge on the products I was enquiring about. Get some proper training done on your staff and start employing people who who are 'happy to help'

Stood waiting at customer services for the last 15 minutes 1 person serving and 3 people in the queue the poor assistant keeps calling for more staff but nothing, terrible service considering I've called in to find out why your taking money out my account???

Short stubby security man is very rude, made me feel uncomfortable as soon as I came in, staring at me the whole time I was in there. Walking out after paying with my hands full while holding my 18 month old sons hand, security man came running over as if I'd stole something made me put everything down, loose my sons hand and find out the receipt, at this point my son had ran off and he had the cheek to give him a dirty look. Disgusting

Reserved a laptop online at a price of £269 only to be told when we went to collect it that they had rang us (they hadn't) and told us the reservation was cancelled.

They then tried to give us another laptop at a cost of £400+



We left the store and reserved the original laptop at the same price as before from the car park.

Upon re-entering the store we are told they don't have this laptop in stock but when a manager got involved one magically appeared and a "deal" is done to match the reserved price off their own website



Incompetence so spectacular it was almost impressive

Just purchased a MacBook from there and told my data transfer would be done by tomorrow when I finish work, I arrive to pick it up and the members of staff told me that he guy who deals with it had phoned in sick and no one knew how to do it, but he could start it so it had been sat there all day and no one could be bothered to start it and he fact I turned up and he said he could do it tells me I was lied to, tells me it will be ready by tomorrow morning, I arrive and find out again it still hadn’t been started .... couple hours later it’s done, my nightmare is over .... WRONG!!!!! I’ve got Home to find none of my old data had been transferred so had to manually do it myself and the device needed updating, so I update it and now it’s complete but the password you wrote down /created for me does not work ..... fuming is not the word!!!!! Absolute disgusted by the lack of knowledge and customer service from the KNOWHOW team, the only person who helped was a lady called Anita, because she was honest and told me she had no knowledge of what was going on, integrity is a big thing!!!!!

I'd give zero if possible and if not for the saving grace of another staff member.



I came all the way from Stirchley to Wednesbury for a laptop my local store didn't have, they said the Wednesbury store had 50 which they did, but...



A certain member of staff lied to me saying they had none and continued this even after I told him another store checked stock and had 50, he tried to sell me a higher priced model with an extra package! Disgusting!



Unfortunately for him as a tech recruiter I knew he was full of it. I asked another member of staff and he immediately said yes we have about 50, and another overheard and laughed saying "he does this all the time".



Not only did he lie but what he's doing is totally unethical and is extorting money from people who don't know any better!



Should be sacked! And senior manager didn't seem too bothered.

I bought a tumble dryer at the beginning of March, it was faulty so a Hotpoint engineer called out to inspect it, I didn't want a repair so I arranged for it to be collected and for me to choose a different make. Oh how I had wished that I had not bothered ordering at all! How is it that the engineer can call out to my new address but delivery of my new tumble dryer goes to my old address? To put it politely Curry's can reimburse me my money, collect the broken one and we shall part company. I have never ever been so angry as what I feel right now, I have waited in all day for collection and delivery and they've turned up at my old address grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
