People often say to me,
"If you reduced your prices you could have way more clients"
While this is true I could probably have 100 Clients all paying me £75 per month,
... 7.5k per month, not a bad wage at all
£90k a year, not to be sniffed at.
However,
let's break this down a little,
Let's say on average I spend 1hr a week looking after each client's needs

Nutritional analysis, planning, monitoring and adjustments, Training program design and alterations, answering emails, solving problems for clients, skype/facetime calls, progress check-ins, face to face meetings when I can, being a shoulder to cry on in some cases,
We are currently at about 100 hrs a week just working with existing clients,
Throw in the boring back-office business stuff, accounts etc, new client consultations, marketing the business, my own continued professional development (which by the end of this year will prob have racked up about £20k to develop)
Prob another 15 - 20 hours plus
So we are up to about 120+
Then throw in the fact I have to sleep, eat and arguably the most important point of all raise my kids and be a good dad.
It's just not possible to serve you correctly,
Ask your self this,
Do you want a burnt out coach with no time to scratch his arse let alone serve you to the level at which you need,
zero time to talk to you,
zero motivation to serve you,
zero time for professional development,
Go with the cheapest,
If however, you are looking for
A dedicated coach who actually has time to talk to you as a human.
A coach who is continually investing in himself and therefore your results.
A coach with a wealth of knowledge.
A coach who is actually qualified to guide you nutritionally.
A coach who only takes on 25 clients at a time so I can give you all the attention you need.
A coach who understands that this shit ain't easy.
A coach who has been there done it and got lots of tee shirts.
A coach who actually has a ton of life experience.

How come your summer diet isn't working?

I am defo not telling you to not do fasted cardio.
I like doing it myself sometimes as it wakes me up and puts me in the right frame of mind for the day etc,
If it fits your current situation then knock yourself out
... What I am saying is
From a physiological point of view.
It's not going to get you shredded any quicker than doing cardio at other times of the day in a fed state.

Here are 3 things you can implement that will massively speed up your progress.
If time is an issue for you
... 1, Massively reduce any isolation movements you use, concentrate on the much harder multi joint moves ie bent over rows, incline press, pull ups etc to reduce time spent in the gym.
2, Stop giving arms and shoulders there own individual days to reduce the days you spend in the gym.
3, Invest in a coach to write you a properly programmed plan this will reduce time spent in the gym, times a week you go to the gym and also get you results much faster as you won’t be winging it anymore.
