In June Dave fitted cruise control to my campervan. First class job and a very good price. The cruise control was excellent during a 5000 mile "Scandinavian Adventure". Well worth the long journey south, highly recommended.

I recently needed to have a few jobs carried out on my motorhome, to bring it back to full working condition after 10 years of regular use. I have previously used two main dealerships over the years, for habitation checks, maintenance work and modifications, and have received satisfactory service from both. What I have been looking for though, is more than satisfactory service, I wanted excellent, personal service.

After a fairly long time of reading Practical Motorhome, it suddenly dawned on me that Dave Newell was the type of guy/company I was looking for ... am I slow, or what!

I have now been to his workshop twice and am absolutely delighted with the experience! He not only dealt with all the niggles/problems that I had identified with my vehicle but pointed out one or two issues that either I could attend to or should be dealt with in the not too distant future.

On my second visit, I had previously been sent a quote for the work required to correct problems with both the fridge and heating system - and parts had had to be ordered in specifically for my vehicle. Not only were not all the components ordered needed to repair the problems, but I was not charged for these parts nor for the amount of time require to fit them, that had been factored into the quote!

My motorhome is now in full working order, the cost of the work over the two visits was far less than I would have expected and after each visit Dave sat me down and explained all the work that he had carried out and gave advice as to how to keep the vehicle in better 'trim' .

I highly recommend Dave, the work that he did to my campervan is awesome! The cruise control kit he fitted to the van looks like a factory installation, and the van drives superbly!

I drove down to have cruise control fitted to my Motorhome. I chose this company as they have a reputation for good service.

I was not disappointed. My van was taken from me the moment I arrived and the work conmpleted within 45 minutes. The work was thoroughly tested by them and explained to me. I also had a very enjoyable chat with the lady in the office.

It was so refreshing to have simple, reliable service without all the nonsense that you sometimes get now. The unit works faultlessly.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any work needed.

Highly recommend Dave Newell who supplied and fitted an Alugas lightweight refillable gas system and a Bullfinch BBQ point. Very professional job at a very competitive price.



As we had a day to spare before the fit they gave us complimentary passes to all the Ironbridge museums which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent knowledge and service. I have taken my motorhomes to him and the workmanship is always brilliant.

Dave carried out a superb reversing camera installation for us today, no wires visible anywhere other than directly at the camera and monitor. Everything neat and tidy, a true professional job.



Even though it's a 360 mile round trip from our Essex base, if we need any future specialist motorhome work, we will come back here as we know we will get exactly what we need. Prices are extremely reasonable too!
