We recently have had a shower room built and used dbs wall panels and were so impressed we decided to refurbish our bathroom, we did have a some damaged panels I feel more from transport than poor care on firms part but one phone call and email with pictures and it was sorted the same day. I would recommend dbs to anyone they are helpful,polite and very quick to respond to enquiries orders and complaints. Also the finished rooms are beautiful thank you dbs. J Dobbs

Really pleased with the bathroom wall cladding product I bought to revamp our leaky shower. Wrong parts received the first time but that was quickly resolved and we were able to finish the project in just 2 days.

Quick delivery and very well priced not fitted yet but looks a good quality product will be using again �

Website helps you order the quantity. Unfortunately it resulted in large over order and I am now left with 8 panels and length of corner trim.

Delivery of order was quick and goods in mint condition but no returns, due to courier cost, is an expensive mistake.

quickly sent out items but van driver they use delivered wet soggy packages ? and day was sun shine ???

We have just finished putting up the fantastic red sparkle shower panels we ordered. I could not be more pleased I am literally over the moon with them.The colour is so warm and look classy. I will definitely be looking here when I get round to doing my kitchen. Thank you from one very happy customer.

I ordered bathroom panels last Thursday... Service in store excellent. The courier service they use.... SHOCkING. Half my items delivered Monday, left in porch no signature and the rest of my order left on his van. Told will be delivered Tuesday, nothing told Wednesday nothing promised faithfully today... Nothing... Spoke to DBS several times to vent my frustration each time being told it's the courier and promised faithfully today!!!!!! I'm now over a week later without my PAID FOR item. It's poor customer service from dbs it shouldn't be my problem there couriers failing... Now I have to wait till 9am tomorrow to no doubt be told the same! Not sure a happy customer...

Fantastic company years ago, sadly it now looks like they are living off their reputation.

Panels faded despite being told they wouldn’t, poorly fitted bathroom which only becomes apparent when a problem occurs and you find other things.

Save your money, 4years down the line we’ve had to have the majority replaced. £4800 down the drain.
