Very impressed with service my toddler and I received in your restaurant today: A lady helped to carry my tray, which is so needed when you're also trying to juggle a 2 year old! She also sorted us out with a highchair, some suitable children's cutlery and when I mentioned I'd forgotten a bib she got us a disposable one of these too, along with crayons and stickers! She made our dining experience so enjoyable - well done Debenhams 😊

Thanks to Rachel at the MAC counter for my birthday make over. She did a great job despite being abandoned by other staff members . She had to leave me to serve customers as the other assistant had wandered off somewhere. I really enjoyed it and wished I'd been able to afford more items.

Mine is purely based on the service I received from Linsey, the manager, on the Bobbi Brown counter. She made my dull morning turn into a very sunny one as she made me look naturally amazing, great to chat to & great advice.

I want to thank the lovely lady who gave me a few extra trouser hangers while serving me last night. I was delighted that I could take them home with me because very few shops allow customers to keep hangers nowadays. She straight away offered me a few extra ones without hesitation. Great shop!!

I had bra fitting done today with a lady called Julie. She was brilliant and I hope that gets passed on to her. She found me bras which I love and that made me feel confident and young (in my size that is no easy feat normally). I had previously had a bad experience with getting measured in a different store in the centre so had avoided getting measured for years. I would not hesitate to get measured again now and would definitely come back to Debenhams. Thank you Julie and Debenhams.

I had a make over from Frankie on the Clinique counter today for an upcoming wedding, the service advice and help was excellent. I fully enjoyed the whole experience with no hard sell and can not express my gratitude to her. I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

The restaurant is very good , with friendly professional staff. The only quibble, is the ladies loos. The toilet seats have seen better days. They have a crackle effect, which is not a design feature, but might be unhygienic. Other than that, it's one of my fave places in MHm

The lady who did my daughters make over was lovely but the rest of the staff are so stuck up its unreal! They make you feel like your not good enough to shop in the store! Correct me if im wrong but surely us purchasings things pays your wages love!!

Just popped in for breakfast was not impressed , we were the first ones in and the food was not hot , the mushrooms were barely warm , bacon and sausage was obviously cooked in an oven the sausage skin was tough and the bacon was hard while the fat wasn’t cooked

The restaurant staff are down right rude they really couldn't care less whether they serve you or not. Queue a mile long one person on food, one on drinks, and one on the till....chaos. breakfast was cold by the time I sat down to eat it.

Some of the supervisors and managers need re training in staff relations shouting at people on the shop floor is never pretty but the Asian supervisor on menswear was screaming at some poor girl for a minor infraction of some sort was particularly shocking as she seemed much older and really should know better.

No post op bras in your store! This is a disgrace. The only option is to click and collect and then have them fitted. If they don't fit, the process has to start again along with having to return the ones that are no good.. It's bad enough that I've had breast cancer, I will not be railroaded into reconstructive surgery because the major high street stores do not deem providing women who have had breast cancer a decent post op bra service important. I'm 39 years old. I think I still have the right to want to have beautiful underwear despite having one breast. Shame the major high street department stores don't seem to feel the same.

I'd love to know how the lady who served me last night would feel if she had been treated the same in a shop. I was made to feel like a liar and totally embarassed. I experienced terrible customer service and as a regular debenhams customer I felt very let down. I will not be returning, neither would i ever recommend anyone. #faultygoods #zerocustomerservice #terribleshoppingexperience

Don't bother with the sales...only if you've got a spare day to waste...

The prices are average but even if you find what you want be prepared to waste time waiting to hand over your money.... the queues stretched at all tills . The women who manned them had to deal not only with the sakes traffic but also the day to day problems.... I waited with a few items ( £ 50.00) the queue shuffles at an alarmingly snail pace.

ALL the other tills were exactly the same after 20 mins and very little progress , I and other people just dumped our purchase and walked out.

One of the kitchen products was finally purchased from Asda at £7.00 less so I'm better off but wasted time .
