Went for MOT good price, needed a bulb fitted, job done not ripped of at all and told of some advisors on mot but no hard sell, straight forward garage & mark seemed very genuine.

I was told it would be an hour, 45 mins later jobs done 👌🏻

Very honest and helpful. I had ordered my tyres online and when I came for my fitting (which was included in the price) they told me I had ordered the wrong tyre size � my fault completely however they personally collected the new tyres and fitted them within 50mins the same day. My family have been with Delamare Motors for years - decades - so where else would I go when I needed a very last minute repair to my vehicle on the day I was due to drive my children to Devon for a family holiday. They pulled out all the stops to fit me in late notice, they kept me updated throughout the day, carried out the necessary repair and provided me with strict instructions (which I followed!) for my long journey and (gulp!) still had spending money left for ice creams! I had 4 new tyres fitted and for the first time in 7 years I saw the job being done correctly. My alloys were cleaned over after the new tyre was fitted and before the wheel was balanced so as the balancing was actually accurate. Also when the wheels were refitted to my car the wheels were torqued up to the correct torque setting. Can not fault the job that was done in any way.

Highly recommend to use Delamere Motors. Very friendly staff. Good price on MOT. Mark Delamere is very honest person. And reception named Debbie, lovely lady.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, engaging staff at all times. You are treated as an individual on the phone and on arrival at the location. They listen to you and explain what is required at every stage, all questions are answered to ensure you fully understand what needs to be done. I highly recommend Delamere Motors to all my friends and colleagues as a place to contact for advice and follow up work. I have had various work carried out my cars over the past few years and every time I have left with a great feeling that of satisfaction even when the advice on a MOT fail was to call it a day with a full explanation of why. Today I needed a quick turnaround on some work to be done highlighted from a visit the day before and they did exactly that and at a very reasonable cost.
