nice happy welcome and was taken to a nice table so there plenty of room for all 4 of use great selection of things to consider and kid's had plenty to choose from..

will defo be back for more and defo will bring more friends & family next time.

What a warm welcome we had, seated straight away, spoilt for choice, we loved the coke floats, I had a fruity waffle it’s was yummy, my daughter had the double chocolate chip cookie dough and it was to die for. Will define be back very soon x

Went for the second time last week, and we were very happy again, apart from having to ask for the table to be cleared when more people arrived and it wasn’t still when left, we love the choices and child sizes rather than wasting big portions. Definitely returning.

Visited on the evening on Sat 5th May, it was fantastic.

The lovely, friendly staff served 10 of us for my son’s birthday and really couldn’t have done more�

Food was gorgeous, shop immaculate and excellent choice of menu plus facilities for the children.

Pop in today with my daughter and friend Kell and we enjoyed a chocolate heaven sundae and crepe... it was amazingly tasty and definitely stuffs you lol... me and my daughter struggled to even finish our sundae lol

My kids and I have just had the waffles and sundae and they was really nice and I would recommend that you try both they are really nice

Loved the one in Stourbridge and love the new one here in Kiddy! Took my 7 year old daughter here for a treat and got a lovely welcome from the staff. Clean and lots of seating, loved the decor and Ellie was over the moon with her unicorn half crepe �� delicious red velvet cake and cuppa for me. Will be visiting again! ��

I was lucky enough to win afternoon tea for two for Mother’s Day for myself and my mum. The afternoon tea was fantastic so much choice of delicious cakes and sandwiches, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly made the day so special for my mum,would highly recommend a visit here x

I had my daughters 10th birthday party here this evening, absolutely thrilled with everything! Could not fault the staff, the food was excellent and the children loved it. I have no doubt we will be booking again next year. Thank you for a wonderful waffle party.

Between us we had waffles, icecream sundaes and milkshskes. Food was delicious, toilets and tables were clean. The only criticism was that only one person was serving, so by the time the waffle came, the first person had almost eaten all of their icecream.

Food was lovely and the kids loved it, only drawback was that only one person was making the order for 5 (other staff hanging around) so the first to get their order was ready to go by the time the last got there's.

was ok....disappointed that we were told to change to a different flavour ice cream from the one included on the menu it was going to cost an additional pound??? surely all the ice cream is the same price per scoop so why the additional charge,we have been to the stourbridge branch a few times and not been charged to change flavours?

Food was lovely and came very quickly. Staff were friendly but it wasn't busy at all, however no menus on the tables and when we got our menus ourselves they were filthy. I will go back as the food was lovely �

Didn't get a warm welcome, sign says 'wait here to be seated' but we just saw to ourselves. Had to go up to the desk and ask for a menu as still nobody came to us! So staff didn't give a great first impression. But the food was lovely. Served as described, tasted delicious and prices are suitable to each item. Lots of options for seating, baby change nice and clean and highchairs provided. These where also lovely and clean (not all places wipe there highchairs down) I'd go back again but maybe with not such high hopes of service with a smile

My sundae was delicious but no air con and as we are in a heatwave was very hot. Told where to sit menus already on table which was good, place was clean, but asked if could change icecream in kids unicorn wafer worker said no problem ordered paid sat down took ages to make them, one arrived really melted and looking a mess, then asked for refund was told they speak to manger then said partial finally got full refund only to be refunded more than i thought i paid to be told no i had be charged extra £1 per pudding for swapping flavours so 3 pound more as had 3 puddings no happy. Little girl was upset by melted icecream too hot in shop, staff didnt clear out plates despite only one other customer being seated and two staff on.

Overall bad experience

Came in today as a treat, our welcome was lovely not busy when we arrived and ordered. There was 5 of us and we ordered 4 puddings, after nearly 30 minutes 3 of the puddings arrived by then the shop had got busy and we were still missing 1 pudding we thought we would wait as the shop had got busy so thought it would be on its way. After another 20 minutes we decided that was a long time to wait even if they were busy and short staffed. Went to check with staff and they hadn't even made the 4th pudding. Will not be returning again very disappointed.

This was in January, Sold my 15 year old daughter incorrect desert after my daughter noticed and went back in with receipt the (rude from the onset) manager then made her pay again for the correct desert, altogether costing her £13 for a waffle!!

“I can’t be giving stuff away” well actually when you are in the wrong that’s exactly what you do and with an apology. (Even your staff were rolling their eyes at you). Horrible experience and really upset my daughter. Shame on you.

Rather disappointed...I went in for the first today to buy an Oreo cheesecake to takeaway. I was disappointed to find It’s not exactly an Oreo cheesecake but just a standard cheesecake with crumbled Oreo pieces thrown over it. And paid £4 for the cheek of it.
