Love that we have a dessert shop close by (I know there is Dweets but it was never open). A large group of us went today (16 kids and 8 adults). The tables were already set up when we arrived. There was plenty of choice on the menu with a small selection of childrenŌĆÖs smaller sized portions if they didnŌĆÖt fancy a full sized pudding. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and good portions. Nice friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be going back ’┐Į

I loved it. We always pre book a table just in case it's busy. We were greeted and seated straight away. Drinks arrived within 5 mins of ordering x food followed 10 mins later. Food was stunning! The place was very clean and the staff very polite and attentive. We will be visiting again x

Heaven on a plate! the staff were great, due to the bad weather they hadn't had a delivery and very apologetic and offered alternatives which the kids liked more! We will be definitely be back ’┐Į’┐Į

Have to say the deserts were amazing, took my little girl and the size of her ice cream was perfect. First time IŌĆÖve actually finished what I have ordered due to the amazing taste and not left you feeling sick. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Service was fantastic!

Went In with my husband and my 2 boys after school one day the desserts were beautiful we didnŌĆÖt leave a mouthful. We were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived and spent a lovely hour in there.a great little dessert shop will definitely be visiting again ’┐Į

Friendly welcoming staff, fab idea having fruit platter option however very disappointed paid extra ┬Ż2 to include berries n mango to the strawberries & banana but there was no mango on my platter when it arrived and apologies from staff to say why. Husband & kids loved theirs desserts & milkshakes

Order one waffles each with ice cream served warm very dry we have had better. however staff were very nice professional and polite

We arrived at 3:45pm and could see how busy the shop was. We were greeted but left to dither as the two staff rushed to fulfil customer orders.

The few empty tables had dirty dishes and needed to be cleared.

We were seated after 5 mins, and took another 5 mins to choose from a varied menu.

My husband placed the order at 3:59pm. When our desserts and drinks still hadnŌĆÖt arrived by 4:50pm I went to complain. During that time we waited patiently, but our children were getting quite upset.

I donŌĆÖt like to cause a scene, and like I mentioned I could see the staff were busy, this is why I didnŌĆÖt complain earlier.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction the manager apologised. I explained to him that if he was going to take so long he shouldŌĆÖve let us know so we could make an informed decision as to whether to stay or go.

He offered to give our daughters an extra scoop of ice cream. Not the point. Waiting for 55mins for a waffle, sundae and coffees is not acceptable.

I canŌĆÖt rave about the desserts themselves as our excitement had fizzled out by the time they finally arrived.

I visited here a few days ago now. I arrived with my family and we were seated quickly by a lovely waitress. The place was very clean and tidy and we all decided what we wanted to order. We went up to order and they guy who served us, I assume he was the manager, was more than polite but we'd saw him standing around on his phone for the majority of our visit which was very unprofessional. The girls working were very friendly and it was a shame they were rushing to try and do everything on their own. The desserts could not be faulted and we even went up for more to take away. We ordered waffles, pancakes (called crepes here) and cookie dough. The shakes were perfect and the menu did have a wide range of choice. We were going to tip for the amazing service as the jar said staff tips however when we asked the waitress serving us, we were told the tips don't actually go to staff!! My niece works in a similar dessert shop to this and they get paid minimum wage so I assume this place pays their staff the same! Absolutely disgraceful to have a jar called staff tips that don't even go to the girls who work so hard! I tried to insist that the waitress kept the ┬Ż5 for herself but she told me she could not accept it and she would still have to put it in the jar. They can't be much older than 16 and the tips are taken straight out of their hands even when they looked as though they were doing all the work. This is why I am giving desserts Quinton 2 stars, because I think it's disgusting that I gave my money to a business that don't look after their staff. This must change!! Or I shall not return.

As I sit here I'm currently overhearing a waitress telling a family they have ran out of yet another thing on their menu.



Various members of our party flat out haven't received their orders after ordering them an hour ago while others are completely finished and have been for 10-20 minutes.



On the plus side the desserts they do have (you can tell if they have the desserts or not by flipping a coin and it landing on heads) are very tasty. Just the lack of staffing and direction makes it so slow to get orders out that it ruins the whole experience of coming here.



Since I started writing this review I've seen 2 people walk up for refunds and another 2 people get turned around at the door, go to a place next door and walk past with food in hand. I would imagine being turned away was some kind of blessing from God.

Went to delightful desserts in quinton to order take away to celebrate my daughters birthday we ordered waffles and pancakes to tKe away when we got home my daughter opened her pancake to find a long dark hair in her food which was disgusting also very disappointing service also bloke was on phone behind counter instead of serving very rude do not recoemd this place at all

Shop was empty ...waited over half an hour for sundaes to arrive as they had run out of cream..had to wait for someone to go and get some. A dessert shop with no cream!!!! Other customers arrived after us and got served before us and they had cream.
