This is a new venture for me in 2014, I am hoping to build up De-Liz-cious Cakes over the next couple of years. Orders will be limited to begin with due to other work and family commitments but over time I hope to be able to concentrate more on cake decorating and be able to take on more orders each week.
I have been decorating cakes for about 2 years now and have learnt an awful lot in those 2 years, I completed a sugarcraft course at Stafford College and have learnt many other techniques with the help of books and online resources /tutorials. I will continue to learn with each new challenge and hope to take more courses in the future.
