Here are a few before and after pictures of a rustic Oak table that we stripped, sanded and applied a new light oak stain then spray finished with an industrial clear lacquer in a 5% sheen. Another Antique restoration project completed for a customer in Sutton Coldfield West Midlands. This is a Victorian Mahogany dining table 1835-1840 it had a few water and heat ring marks on the surface and a few others dinks, we stripped it back removing all of the old shellac polish then it was carefully repaired and then hand sanded as not to remove the years of imperfections that it had picked up over many years, then we traditionally french polished it over the best part of a week building up coats of shellac which was all applied with a french polishing rubber /fad. This project has been very enjoyable for us and our customer was very impressed with the finish and very pleased with our services. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

No spraying this afternoon but applying the second coat of shellac polish to this stained oak veneer sample with a polishers mop for a customer. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

The table top had water damage marks and rings plus a couple of dinks and a burn Mark so we took it back to our workshop and stripped the old coating off sanded then spray finished with an industrial clear lacquer finish in a 5% sheen. These are a few before during and after pictures of a kitchen cabinet respray project in Coalville Leicestershire, this is a Hammonds kitchen that is 15 years old and was in need of brightening up. We resprayed the kitchen cabinets and doors with an industrial pigmented lacquer mixed to Farrow and Ball, Peignoir 286 in a 40% sheen, the customer was very happy with the work and the finish. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

This is one of the kitchen cabinet doors that we are degreasing, this one was the extractor door so was very greasy but we soon shifted it. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

Another job completed and ready to be delivered back to our customer in Birmingham West Midlands. These plastic vinyl wrap kitchen cabinet doors were in a bit of a state but we run them in along side other projects. Vinyl wrap was removed then filled sanded primed and top coated with an industrial AC lacquer mixed to the colour of Dulux Warm Pewter in a 40% sheen. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

2nd and final top coat being applied to the kitchen cabinet doors and plinths, we used an Acid catalyst lacquer mixed to the colour Dulux warm pewter in a 40% sheen. http://www.dmcrefinishing.co.uk

These are a few before during and after pictures of an Oak table top that a commercial client dropped off to us to have a bit of repair work on the surface due to water damage. We sanded the Oak top back removing all the existing coating and damage then we spray finished with three coats of clear lacquer in a 40% sheen.
