What can I say Helen made my dream dress come to life. After seeing my dream dress in the window the night I got engaged.. the first thing I wanted to do was find that dress again. One Saturday afternoon on my own I called them to see if they had it. I went in last minute tried it on and fell in love. That was the dress. The staff were amazing so helpful friendly above and beyond all expectations.

What a magical experience I can not thank Tracey enough for everything she has done for me. I was recommended to go to do you believe by someone I know and it was the best recommendation ever, what a down to earth, friendly boutique that bend over backwards to help you in every way possible. Tracey is so friendly and helpful, she is simply amazing at what she does can not rate her enough. Honestly best bridal shop in newport.

Today I met the lovely Tracey who as soon as I walked in told me what my dress would be after trying the one she suggested on first then another 10 I still went back to the one she new I would pick! Absolutely beautiful shop with beautiful people working in there who really no what they are doing!! Can’t wait for my next fitting thank you Tracey!!

Thank you so much to Tracey for being so helpful and knowing me better than I know myself. The thought of dress shopping had already stressed me out so I had already trailed the internet for ideas and went in with a very definite idea of what I was looking for, but after 5 minutes of having met Tracey she already knew the dress I'd be wearing on my big day. She showed me the dress in the window and it was completely opposite to what I imagined so I dismissed it at first but after trying it on I fell in love. I still kept looking around various boutiques but nothing could come close. Tracey was very professional and friendly and as awkward I am, she was so patient, not at all pushy and immediately made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend do you believe, the ladies here are fabulous and know their dresses. Thanks again Tracey x

So this week I will be collecting my beautiful dress, designed by Helen, from Do you believe. From the moment we stepped through the door I knew that this would be where I got my wedding dress. Tracey and Sandra listened to my ideas and picked the perfect dress..at the next visit and first fitting Helen then made the changes to make my dress my own. At my final fitting I couldn’t have been more happy. Beautiful dress, beautiful shop and the most amazing staff, thank you all so much. Tracey - thank you so much for all your patience at the first visit, Helen- thank you for working your magic. I honestly couldn’t recommend this bridal shop more highly. I was so nervous about wearing a dress but these ladies made me feel beautiful. So thanks again to you all, xxxxx

On Saturday I visited this bridal boutique. We were greeted by a young lady called Jess. She immediately picked 3 dresses for me to try on and all I can say is each one gave me that 'wow' feeling! She really knew what she was doing and picked 3 beautiful dresses to suit the look I was after. She remained professional but friendly throughout the appointment and made the day one to remember for all of us :) I purchased my dress that day with Jess and can't wait to go back and try it on again. She also helped me to find potential bridesmaid dresses and allowed me to try on head pieces/veils, etc. I can't wait to return. Thanks Jess for all of your help! X

My experience with Do you Believe was incredible.

From the very first appointment they gave me lots of time to find the perfect dress & then were very accommodating with squeezing in Dress Fittings as I was only down in Newport once every few months leading up to the Wedding.

The dress fit absolutely perfectly and was expertly done by hand.

I felt like a princess on the day & cannot thank the team enough!

I was worried about going wedding dress shopping because I am plus size. I thought there would be a small rail or large boring dresses however I was wrong. I had a really warm welcome from the girls as I walked in. I was so nervous to try a dress on but as soon as I tried the first one on I felt really confident. All the dresses were absolutely gorgeous and had a high standard quality. They looked expensive but all were an achievable price for any budget. I have chosen my dress. It is absolutely gorgeous and I can not wait to put my deposit down in October. Me and my mum shed a few tears and are really happy with the service we received. I know Helen and the team will do a great job as they have done with many others. They are very personalised and remember they're customers and I am so thankful that I had an amazing experience and that I have found my dream gown. (All thanks to Tracey for being an amazing at helping me find what suits my body shape and gave me a confident boost and made me feel beautiful) <3

Huge Thankyou to all the staff. They were very helpful and supportive when our daughter Bronwen needed to buy a prom dress. Despite Bron using a wheelchair, they were extremely accommodating and made sure that our experience was wonderfully positive one. Tracey cleared her diary for me so I could go and see the stunning collection of wedding dresses(very spoilt for choice) and bridesmaid dresses, I wasn't rushed and nothing was to much for the girls while I tried on.xx Tracey was so helpful and amazing at her job and made me feel so at ease, I tried on a number of dresses and found a dress that I fell in love with that was 1000 times better than the original I picked! I ended up getting my wedding dress, Vail, bridesmaid dresses and flowers with D.Y.B. If you want high quality dresses, Amazing and friendly service, a team who knows weddings! Then D.Y.B is definitely the place to go! Anyone I know that's getting married I've told to see Tracey and team at D.Y.B, they have made my wedding!

Helen and her team are an absolute dream! Nothing was too much trouble. I had fitting after fitting until everything was just perfect. I felt amazing in my wedding dress and can't thank you all enough!! My niece's Flower girl dress also incredible - everyone was so good with her she's only 3 years old and the little fairy door there was also a massive help! Helen also made me a garter with a piece of my late Bampy's blue tshirts - something I will treasure forever! You won't regret coming here for your dresses definitely the BEST in the business!!! Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Do you believe. It is definitely what every bride and her bridesmaids should experience when picking their dresses. Tracey Amos and team did an excellent job of helping to find the right dresses for everyone. All the ladies at this shop are amazing, so friendly and welcoming! Helen is one in a million and cannot do enough for you! If you have a problem she will fix it! I desperately wanted to wear my sister in law’s veil but it had a few holes in it, Helen fixed these no problem! I cannot imagine any other bridal shop offering to do this! My dress from here was stunning and designed by Helen, all everyone has talked about is how beautiful my dress was. Thank you ladies your all fantastic! ���Xxxxx
