Today Debbie Box the winner of our 2019 “Win your Prom Dress Competition” came in store with her daughter Chloe who attends Ormisrton SWB Bilston. We had a wonderful time trying on dresses and finally found the one. Mom Debbie Box even shed a tear. Congratulations Chloe 🎉🎊🎈

i went to dream days for my daughter prom dress .they are amazing. staff are second to none they couldn't do enough to help . the selection of dresses are fantastic and there accessories. they are so good at there job they know what suits your girls and make them feel so special ... They are so good i went back another twice with my partners daughter's . i can't recommend them highly enough .. outstanding service by outstanding staff .

What a lovely shop and lovely ladies who work there. Tracy and Rachel were brilliant to me, spent hours with me picking the correct dress. Nothing was too much trouble, having to have alterations no problem. I was and still am over the moon with my dress. I have never felt happier than I did on my wedding day and it is all thanks to team dream days for making me feel sooooo pretty in my dress.

Tracy and the girls were fabulous from the start of my wedding journey to the end.

From picking my dress, to alterations and my occasional breakdown! - the girls were there, supportive, friendly and calming with nothing being too much trouble.

Their attentiveness and being a close kit team beats any other shop I visited.

I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them.

Took my sister in law to be, Lorraine here for her first fitting yesterday and she was treated like royalty, have bought from here before, ie my daughters prom dress over 10 years ago and the kindness and attention to detail from them is still there, they make you feel like you are the only bride there has ever been, anyone who wants their special day to start with these lovely lovely people, will most definitely not be disappointed, I would give them 10 stars any day!!! Thankyou so much for my beautiful wedding dress! And also the bridesmaid dresses! From start to finish i cannot fault anything, the alterations was perfect even a week before the wedding when a bridesmaid thought she's lost weight! All the girls have been fantastic with me and my nan especially will miss you all! I cannot recommend you enough! Ill pop by with some photos when they come! Such a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress here. They have a great selection of dresses in a wide range of sizes and they are all such lovely ladies and incredible at what they do. They helped me find my dream dress made if fit perfectly and were so patient through the whole process. Genuinely can't praise them highly enough.

So today I went to try wedding dresses on for the first time and today I said yes to a beautiful gown. Bel was fab and so helpful cant wait to be back in the shop trying my dress on again.

From the moment we walked through the door my daughter was made to feel special. Stacey was so attentive and listened to what my daughter wanted and couldn't do enough to make her comfortable and relaxed.

Advice and options were plentiful and nothing seemed too much trouble.

At the dress fittings, Tracey too couldn't do enough to advise and help make my daughter feel like her happiness was the only thing that mattered.

Can't reccomemed Dream Days enough! From the first time I stepped into the shop I was made at ease, felt so comfortable. The Ladies were very helpful, wasn't pushy and didn't rush me at all, unlike other bridal shops. Went back today to try my dress once again and the visit was as perfect as the first time. So helpful and caring. Would highly recommend to everyone! Wonderful bunch of Ladies!

As a plus size bride i was dreading looking for wedding dresses and was really anxious about the whole thing. I was self conscious & totally out of my comfort zone, but from the moment i stepped through the door Tracey made me feel at ease.

I can't stress enough how lovely she was, she made me feel comfortable & none self conscious. She didn't even ask my size was just picking dresses she knew would fit me, she was really discreet and totally honest which is what you want. She was complimentary about my shape and knew what would suit me, she made me feel comfortable and confident and the whole experience was so much better than i ever thought it would be.



I went back yesterday to try my dress again and she was just as lovely. And even though the shop was busy it still felt like a very personal experience. I said "yes to the dress" and just know i will get the same level of service throughout the whole journey. A big thank you to Tracey & the team at dream days for making me enjoy something i was dreading so much, you girls are great � xx
