Almost two weeks since I had my car MOT'd here and I still do not have the MOT certificate (despite calling twice and being reassured it was in the post). I am beginning to suspect I have paid for an MOT that was not done.

Terrible wouldn't touch them if they were the last garage around! Had so many problems since I bought a brand new car from them, I'm a community Carer and rely on my car a lot and clients do as well. They put my vulnerable clients in danger by not repairing my brand new car properly!

Poor workman ship car came back with.oil stain on roof lining parts missed off and took over a month to sort out broken door tweeter speaker scratches to door when they have taken bits off very poor all round would never recommend to anyone even two months later front grill emblem fell off not sure if it's up to there poor work but was fine for years before now after they take bits off and put them back on just a bit funny it now comes off and this is one of there cars how can a vaxhall dealer accident and repair mess up fixing a vaxhall

People of the Internet, please, PLEASE, stay well away from Drive vauxhall Leamington. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!! Took my vehicle in to the service department to get fixed. They have now had it 23 days!!!! And they still haven't identified the problem, yet charged me a fortune in 'diagontics fees'. I've called them lots, they say they will call me back but hardly ever do. Went in on Wednesday to speak face to face and I just get excuses. I've asked to borrow a vehicle for a few hours to pick up something I've bought on ebay locally, and they say they don't have a vehicle to lend me. HORRENDOUS. I've used them once before and thought they were terrible, swore never to use them again, but then did because of convenience. I've definately learnt my lesson this time. Annoyed 1 star is the lowest rating I can give. Should be zero, actually, should be minus 5 stars!!!

Never using this garage again! Quick to sell you a car, but after service is fucking shocking! It's been around 3-4 weeks now and no one has got back to us about a refund of our service or MOT! The car is 4 years old and we have had it a year and a half, only done 6,000 miles on the clock, which is way below average! Had nothing but problems since having the MOT and service! Multiple warnings coming up on the dashboard, paid for diagnostics and nothing shown up! I broke down on the school run dropping my daughter off, called green flag recovery, and it turns out the battery terminals were not connected properly! This could of broken down on me at any point whilst driving my kids around! We've spoke with the head mechanic at Mazda and he's told us this would be the reason for the lights flagging up on the dashboard! So my partner has lost out on around £1000 in wages as he's self employed and had to keep taking time off to bring the car in to get sorted! One of your mechanics for some unknown reason has disconnected the battery and not connected it back properly! Poor workmanship! This should of been picked up early on by "experienced" mechanics!! Pissed off that every time we've contacted Vauxhall to speak to the chap who sold us the car, we get ignored like we're to forget the whole situation!! We shall be contacting head office to make a formal complaint about the staff we've dealt with!!

My other half brought a car and picked it up on Wednesday only to notice that when he got home that the tyres where damaged and cracked and unsafe with have phoned up and complained and also been up to car shop to be told that if it passed the mot with them tyres then they are safe the car is under 3 months warranty but they will not replace the tyres also watch out for hidden charges in the paperwork that do not add up there after care is shocking it is like they take your money and dont care if everything is wrong with the car AVOID this car shop unless you want to be ripped off.



P.s would not trusted they with a toy battered powered car

Car went in for a service in feb, had nothing but issues with the car since. Had to get the car re serviced by an indie garage whom discovered things like the fuel filter hadnt been changed even though it was part of the service. Along with a belt tensioner and belt.



Then when i asked them to remove 4 lock nuts because the key had sheered they wanted to charge £46 for 2 minutes work. This equates to £1380 per hour.



I have since bought another key for £20 and removed the nuts myself.



Cusromer service does not seem a priority. Making money is the number 1 goal here. They say work needs doing that does not, then charge through the roof prices to do the jobs.

I know this from the indie garage that sorted the car after drive had messed it up, half the jobs they picked up werent necessary and some jobs they didnt pick up were in need of doing.





Ie

They wanted to replace my whole steering rack for £700, all it needed was an inner tie rod at £70 fitted and tracked.

Over £200 for brakes in just parts

£150 fitted at local using brembo parts

unable to diagnose a noise from suspension blaming the exhaust

It took my indie garage 5 minutes to diagnose it was the top mounts and bearings on the front struts. Problems now fixed.





I love my car too much to ever bring it back to these thieving idiots. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
