Took the bike in for belts, oil change and a general check over. Rick was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was as good as it could be. Would recommend to anyone.

Thanks to the staff for fitting my optimate lead ....it's my first Duke and didn't fancy stripping the fairing out ...once again thanks .

Thanks to John Burrows, who had to put up with me pestering him on the phone at one of the busiest times of the year. They managed to sort my Diavel out that had a serious engine problem. It was out of warranty in December, but they still managed to secure authority to get the full cost covered by Ducati. Got me back on the road in time for the sun.

Thanks so much to the guys at jhp,they took my 999 and true to there word found and sorted the running issue and now she's back on top form. I now have a dealership i can trust after 'independent specialist's' just told me to keep changing parts to find the faults,thanks again and i know where it will be returning for the forseable future ☺

Thanks for your help guys, sorted a big problem from another dealer. Really can't thank them enough

Picked up my new white Scrambler Desert Sled today and it's a brilliant bike, well mannered and looks superb. A great purchasing experience with their sales manager David Reilly. Very pleased I went to Ducati Coventry.

My Multistrada has been serviced here since day 1! Brill customer service, great facilities and they know there Ducati’s inside out!

Massive thanks to John and the Ducati Coventry team who literally saved my life on Thursday 10th August 2017 by calling emergency services when I suffered a massive heart attack on the forecourt. Now, 11 days later and back on my feet, chuffed to be able to pick up my stranded MV Agusta F4 1078 RR this morning, Shiny thing good. :)

Just wanted to say a massive "Thank You" to all at JHP Ducati Coventry for the service on my bike. Not only were the staff extremely polite but also by your prompt collection and delivery service, I can honestly say it's the best customer service I've ever had from any dealer or bike shop I've ever been too. Many thanks from a Very happy customer :)

I kept calling in..... well, being a nuisance really, but was always made very welcome. Then a modest inheritance allowed me to buy my dream machine, a Panigale Tricolore. The service has always been unparalleled and despite a recent illnes, I'm nearly ready to pore more money in their coffers when I get it worn out enough for another service..... the BIG one ! I cannot over emphasise the quality and standard of service which these guys offer. Don't hesitate to call in there if you're in the area.

I have always had the very best of attention here. The staff are amazing and everyone goes out of their way to ensure customers receive the very best products, parts or service. The showroom is like a modern art gallery with all the Ducati range plus some classic old Ducati bikes and some recent racing bikes. After having such a terrible experience with Harley Davidson Aston Birmingham and a very shabby aftercare service to say the least, I was sceptical about returning to a dealership but to my shear delight buying my new Ducati Monster 797 was a wonderful experience from start to finish, I found David Reilly who looked after me polite patient and very understanding the several meetings there along with my Fiancée was always welcomed with a cup of tea and a comfortable warm welcome, we didn't feel rushed at all and David explained everything clearly and honestly I love my new bike she is a real stunner,

Thanks David I will be telling everyone who I meet whilst out biking just how amazing Ducati Coventry is and if they are looking for a good dealer who is fair and honest they should visit you all at the dealership.

Best Ducati dealership in the UK. I travel 180 miles to buy and have my bikes serviced. John H always has time for you and John B in service nothing too much trouble. Dave in sales and Tim in parts same level of service as are all the staff I have ever spoken to. They also know what they are talking about with knowledge of racing bikes, bike set up for track days etc and mechanical issues even on the phone if they can help. Long may our association and friendship continue.

As well as below i recently has a full service plus other bits.. once again expertly done and price charged very fair indeed... .......



Legends. Recently purchased 1198 from elsewhere. Had termi upgrade with ecu etc. However not running great... brought it here, they removed power commander and set up fuelling etc. On way home still not great when going faster in higher gears. Anyway stopped and called John. He said come back and we'll look again. Anyway. Found problem after 2 more hours. Mistake made by persons fitting exhaust etc.

I was charged only for the quoted 2 hours though more time spent on bike. Previous ducati dealer in Edinburgh had not been able to solve probably why precious owners got shot if it.

Not many places would have a second look for no cost when iffered only a vague explanation as to the problem.

Had the team not been so thorough and willing i may never have git this sorted and moved the bike in myself.

As it is i love it.
