Today we had a customer who had lost the keys to their Toyota IQ. As the vehicle was a keyless smart system, it’s a slightly different procedure than normal.
1 x OEM smart key programmed to the vehicle and another happy customer.

Not a job we get asked to do every day of the week but today we had a customer who had lost all the keys to a 2005 Daihatsu Charade.
Daihatsu would have replaced the immobiliser unit rendering the car a write off but we were able to cut a key to the existing locks & program a key directly into the immobiliser unit and get the customer back up and running!

We hope everyone had a great Christmas! We are squeezing in a half day (9:00am to 1:00pm) to help out anyone who may be having key problems.
As you can imagine we will be extremely busy today, so keys that need looking at will need to with us at the very latest time of 12:00pm to ensure we have adequate time to help.
We are also running limited staff members during this half day, so key repairs that are usually done whilst you wait may need to be left with us until after the... new year.

We are now closed for the majority of the Christmas & New Year period, although we will be opening on Saturday 28th December between 9:00am - 1:00pm if you need anything.

Hi all,
We will be back open operating from our usual front entrance tomorrow morning (Monday 21st October 2019) after an extensive shop refurbishment which took place last week.
Local hero & businessman Stephen Ingleston will be cutting the ribbon, opening the workshop & signing autographs from 8:30am if you wanted to join us.

From planning to (almost) completion, our shop refurbishment is now almost complete.
Whilst we're still not operating out of the front of the shop until next week, we thought we'd share a few photos of before & almost after.
We'd like to thank all our customers for bearing with us over the last few days!

Due to electrical work being carried out due to the refurb our phones were off for around 1 hour.
It now should be back up and running.

Due to our upcoming renovation work which starts next week, we will be closing at the slightly earlier time of 1:00pm today to start to prepare the front customer area for the refit.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you are planning on visiting us next week, our front entrance will not be accessible to the public, but we will still be operating from the rear of our workshop.

Emergency job today as a customer had their keys stolen overnight to a 2015 Peugeot 2008.
We attended the vehicle and supplied the customer with 1 remote & 1 spare basic key & also erased the stolen keys for peace of mind.
All done at the customers house in under 20 minutes.

As we start to prepare the workshop front and customer area for our refurbishment that is due to start early next month, you may notice that the front glass cabinets (which normally contain padlocks etc) and drawer area may look a little bare.
This is completely normal, as it means we are preparing to operate from the rear of the workshop for around a week.
As mentioned on a previous post, we still have a large selection of customer locks that have been dropped to us and hav...e been left longer than 3 months.
Due to storage space in our workshop, items that have been with us 3 months or more will be put into storage and will take a few days to be made available should you wish to collect.
