We have recently had a conservatory built by DW and can honestly say we were really impressed. After speaking to a few companies we decided to go ahead with DW and we havent been dissapointed. From the sales man John Pattrick to the fitting team Arron and keith the service has been fab. They were all polite, helpful and professional. We were quite specific with our requirements which wasn't a problem for them as the conservarories are bespoke and can be ordered to specific sizes. The price was fair in our opinion and the quality is fantastic (they even installed our catflap for us). Would highly recommend. Thank you DW.

Was quoted for a new front door as mine was old and not secure. Visited showroom in Sedgley. Got plenty of brochures to decide what I wanted. Salesman came to go through doors and quotes. He wasn't pushy and let me decide what I wanted. Order placed there and then. Another gentleman came and did a survey just to check everything was ok and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Yesterday Aaron and Keith turned up, before time slot and set straight to work. Two excellent workmen who took pride in their work. An absolute credit to your company. I'm so pleased with my new door and love it. First class service and will be in touch in the future with regards to a replacement hall window ��

Just had a conservatory installed by DW windows. Can not rate highly enough. Their customer service was outstanding, knowledge and expertise top notch. Staff friendly and helpful. Any queries we're resolved when promised. And issues we had ( although only minor) we sorted. We were guaranteed the work would be completed by the end of November and it has been. We now have a beautiful conservatory for out young children to play in and for us to enjoy. Thank you DW Windows. Gary , John and all your amazing team. I am so proud of this company, they have completely transformed the front of my house, The workmen were so lovely, they were friendly and did an amazing job, we all admired their work on completion and they loved my choice of black frame windows and black composite door, they are even going to choose this for their own house because it really does look stunning. All the facers, soffits, and guttering look stunning to, it all just looks beautiful. The customer service and management team was everything you’d expect, any little snags we had along the way were dealt with quickly and put right, I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone, I already have recommended them to one of my friends, I absolutely can’t wait till next year when they come back and do all my back windows and either an orangery or conservatory, I absolute cannot thank you enough team, your amazing � see you next year x

Had our Bi folding doors fitted today and have got to say they look fantastic. The service from the whole team from start to finish fantastic. A special mention to the fitters, very polite treated our property very professional. This is our second time we have had work done. We had windows fitted, and did not hesitate to return. We felt very happy with the service we received. The salesman was very helpful and was not pushy at all, very genuine guy. The surveyor was brilliant and gave us some excellent advice. When it came to the fitting the service was excellent, very courteous and professional fitters. We have had excellent value for money, we have found the customer and after sales service to be excellent.

Excellent service , great products , super fitters who are friendly, courteous and most of all clean and tidy in their work.

Competitively priced & very professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for new windows, doors or a conservatory .

To start on a positive note, I’m really pleased with my conservatory. All work carried out was to a high standard and every body that worked on it, did a very professional job! Couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result!

Unfortunately it was the customer care side that fell short. I had to continually chase up when things were going to be done and often had to chase contractors that were late or had not been booked in as agreed. It did start to get a bit stressful!

I did make a complaint and following that communication improved and I started to be regularly updated.

Overall, I would recommend them to people, as they’ve done such a good job, but I would advise them to be on the ball about dates agreed etc.

Couldn’t give the 5 stars overall because I felt they fell short on service but for the actual work, 5 star worthy.

The two men that fitted our windows arrived on time worked very well and cleaned up after themselves . They were polite and efficient and I would definitely recommend the firm to any friends or family who require new windows etc

I have got to say I love my new windows and I was very pleased that they were fitted before Christmas except for the one which was broken on installation. We had the windows fitted on the 14th December and were told that the broken one would be replaced before we went away on holiday on the 21st. This did not happen. We phoned several times to be fobbed off with the excuse that the person we needed to talk to was on the phone and would ring back. I waited two hours for this call back then rang again to be told the person I needed to talk to was on the phone. Really!!! I said I'd wait. Lo and behold I was put through. I asked about our window and it seemed that no one knew about it. I was again told someone would ring back. I gave you my number as I was at home and you rang my husband disturbing him at his place of work. The upshot was the window "was on order and probably would not be fitted before we went away and therefore would be after your Christmas break which was 3rd January. It is now the 14th January. My husband has had two calls from you both about 12 pm asking if someone can come round at 2 and replace the window on both occasions he has said we are both at work and cannot be there unless your fitter can come after 4pm or Saturday. On both occasions he was told you would ring back. We are still waiting for the second ring back. You must understand how people that work need prior knowledge when they are required to be at home for things. Neither of us can just walk out of our place of work with no notice. I am now waiting for 9am so I can ring you to arrange for your fitters to come round and fit our window at my convenience and if I'm told that the person I need to talk to is on the phone or even worse not there I don't think I will be responsible for my actions.

Impressed by almost all of the service received by DW, had some lovely windows installed, but unfortunately on day four of installation an existing window was accidentally damaged. When we called DW to inform them, the reply given was that they don’t take responsibility for any damage and therefore if we wanted it repaired we would have to pay for it ourselves, didn’t cost much but that’s not the point. Shame as this let the whole experience down, hence the three stars.

As someone who tries to support local businesses, I'm really disappointed with the customer care- I had to do all the chasing/ following up of when the jobs were going to be completed. Some of the work carried out was terrible - done by incompetent workers which then had to be re-done by more experienced fitters. Not a good advert for a company where neighbours see the poor quality of work carried out. What should have been a 3 day job ( surveyor and product advisor) turned into a 5 day event over several weeks. Felt as though I was being fobbed off at several points in the process by the product advisor. No apparent communication between the product advisor and window fitters as to what needed to be finished.

As a positive - some of the window fitters were excellent and took pride in their work but can't say that about them all.

Companies should pride themselves on job satisfaction and customer care - I feel this was not the case on this occasion. Which is a shame as I would have given a better rating had that been the case.

Visited showroom today to place an order for a composite door which I had already been quoted a price for, the salesman didn’t want to know as he wasn’t the person who quoted us originally, if we ordered with him his price was going to be higher! Got the impression he couldn’t be bothered to do the paperwork on behalf of one of his colleagues so he’d quote a higher price so we wouldn’t place the order. Not the way to run a business DW WINDOWS.
