We went to Dylans today to take out membership, the service was faultless, there was no pressure and everything was explained clearly. We were given a tour of the facilities and a complimentary coffee. Bethany Evans was informative and helpful, very pleasant, couldn't have asked for more.

Onwards & upwards! Great gym and pool! Been enjoying going there for the last few months, especially in my new batman outfit! :)

Lovely staff and amazing lava shell massage.

I love working out at Dylans! As soon as you enter you feel energised from the motivating staff and the music coming from the spin and Zumba classes !

I had a full body scrub, my daughter had half body massage, and we both had our nails done. Used all facilities and had a wonderful day. All staff we met were wonderful. And so helpful

Had a lovely facial and back, shoulder and neck massage! Wonderful staff extreme helpful :) services were excellent! Thank you Amennah :)

Great sports facility, wish there was a power rack rather than the Smithing(spelling) machine but otherwise best Gym in the area.

Excellent thankyou had Sunday night roll over all perfectly

Excellent facilities, with very helpful staff.

Clean and tidy with plenty of equipment... What more could you want?!

I can't say I've ever felt discriminated against at any point in my life until recently at Dylans. I have attended a baby swimming class here for many months and complaints were made against us by members because we took up too much space in the changing rooms. We tried to accommodate all the requests by Management even getting changed in the Ladies Golf changing area which involved a chilly walk for Mum and Baby through reception which felt like some sort of walk of shame. We did it because we wanted to make it work. Certain members of our class endured abuse from particular members and we all faced dirty looks and nasty comments over the months. The Management did nothing. We are your customers too and you really let us down. I would like to say a big thank you to the reception and poolside staff who were incredibly helpful. Perhaps you could teach Management a few things!
