Edible Elegance - Norfolk

I was asked to make a cake to celebrate Demi and Chris’s wedding this week at Applewood Hall. The theme for the cake was Beauty and the Beast. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Stewart, wishing you many happy years together x

On Saturday I had the absolute pleasure to deliver this gorgeous cake for Amber and Stephen’s wedding at Glebe Farm Barn. Flavours were, Champagne and strawberry, chocolate, Lemon and Banana choc chip. Many congratulations Mr & Mrs Davies, wishing you many happy years together! X

Yummy milk chocolate ganache 😍😍😍

Yesterday we had the pleasure to make this pretty wedding cake for Claire and Gavin, they opted for both tiers to be our signature vanilla sponge with creamy Madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve wrapped up in white chocolate ganache and ivory fondant with hand piped royal icing beading. The lovely fresh flowers were supplied by Ragged Robin Florist and the cake was delivered to a wonderful local venue Sherbourne House Hotel. Congratulations to you both. X

We loved making this Harry Potter themed cake for Keren who is a huge Harry Potter fan. All models are made from Saracino modelling paste. Cake was our signature vanilla sponge with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve. Happy birthday Keren, we hope you had an amazing day!!

We had the pleasure to make and deliver this lovely cake for Daniel and Laura to Park Farm hotel in Heathersett yesterday. The palest ivory icing complemented the pretty mini gerberas in three shades of pink supplied by Tracey @ Inspired Flower Design, Attleborough The tiers were our signature vanilla and chocolate sponges. Many Congratulations Mr & Mrs Cogman.

This pretty cupcake tower was set up yesterday for Stevie and Kev’s wedding at Hunters Hall, the top tier was our 8” signature vanilla sponge with Madagascan vanilla and raspberry conserve with, sugar crafted roses, leaves and filler flowers. cupcakes were chocolate salted caramel, vanilla and raspberry & white chocolate all with edible fondant toppers. We also included 20 gorgeous butterfly cookie favours! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Howell

Wow next year is going to be a busy one for weddings! Limited availability in May and July, August and June are now fully booked. I’m so excited to be making some beautiful wedding cakes next year! We have had a couple of cakes from Angie and I can’t recommend her enough. Her cakes taste as amazing as they look. Angie recently made our sons christening cake and I gave her a picture of the cake my older son had which we loved, Angie put her ‘own take’ on the remake and we loved it even more. We will definitely be using Edible Elegance next time we need a cake.

Showstopper! I ordered a cake from Edible Elegance after a recommendation. Angie knew exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure how to explain it. She talked me through everything and was able to provide options for dietary requirements. Cake was delivered straight to the venue with no hassle for me. It was incredible and well worth Angie’s hard work. The guests all thought it was stunning and all the different layers tasted great too! I will be booking soon for our next occasion!

My daughter arranged my birthday cake (with a golfing theme) from a lady she had met from Edible Elegance, as you can see the decoration was excellent but the quality of the cake was every bit as good as it looked - never seen such a large cake disappear so quickly!

I asked Angie at Edible Elegance to make an Birthday cake for my son's 18th birthday in the theme of his favourite Japanese anime. I thought it would be a really tall order as I only gave her a couple of pictures! She rose to the challenge and made a fantastic cake using this character. My son was absolutely thrilled and couldn't stop taking about it. The vanilla sponge cake and filling was light, moist and full of flavour - superb. We were all beyond delighted with this amazing cake and would recommend her 100%. I will certainly be keeping her details for next time. Thank you Angie

Angie was lovely and helpful from the planning stage to delivering the cake and making sure everything was just right! The cake was better than I could of ever imagined! And everyone said how lovely the cake was and it was devoured very quickly! Would definitely recommend Angie any day! �

Angie made our daughters Christening cake...we were absolutely thrilled! Certainly a show stopper - it was a work of art! Angie was brilliant from start to finish, from designing and drafting the cake, to the small detail on the decoration right through to delivery! The cake tasted delicious ...lemon, vanilla and chocolate tiers. We would highly recommend! Thank you so much Angie! X

Angie created our stunning wedding cake for us and we were absolutely thrilled with it. It was beautiful and tasted amazing too. We had 5 different flavours, all of them delicious. We made some changes to the size and flavours as we had a large amount of guests, nothing was a problem.

Angie delivered the cake straight to our venue which was great and one less thing to worry about! Angie is a very very talented lady, she is lovely to work with and we'd highly recommend her and Edible Elegance!

Absolutely incredible Star Wars birthday cake ordered by my girlfriend for my 26th. It looked amazing and most importantly tasted great. Clearly time and effort was put into making this cake just right, the detail and layers were pretty much perfect and it was personalised brilliantly. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a tasty, well detailed and stunning looking cake! ���
