I took a chance and purchased a groupon voucher, having never used this salon before. I'd left it about a year and a half since my last haircut, and the idea of anyone going near my pretty much waist length hair gave me real anxiety! I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment with these guys though. Claire was amazing, and really honest about the condition my hair while giving me helpfully constructive ways to start repairing the damage I'd caused by years of dyeing it. The cut at the end was really something special, and as someone who never thought they'd have hair shorter than their tailbone, I am a lob convert! Thank you again, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in a couple of months for my next appointment. (Not a year and a half this time!)

I have been to the salon several times now and always look forward to my visits . My hair is cut just the way I want it , I am listened to and my thoughts are taken into account. Claire and Sarah are friendly and professional I wouldn't go anywhere else. I now love my hair cut and coloured by Claire.

I have been suffering from cancer for the last three years. An unfortunate side effect of my chemotherapy was the complete hair loss. Losing my waist length blonde hair was pretty devastating and I felt a real loss of identity when people didn't recognise me. I was also thwarted by its regrowth which at times was like a coconut, at others like a startled monkey. After eleven months or so, I had the dreadful news that my cancer had come back in my brain so I had a pretty dire period of intense radiotherapy, which, you've guessed it, meant that I lost my hair AGAIN! Throughout all this, Sarah from EgoTrip did an amazing job of taming my wild, regrowth hair and making it look fantastic. This was a wonderful tonic when I felt down. Three years later, my hair was back but I still didn't feel like me. Sarah at EgoTrip saved the day again, by spending an entire day giving me the most fantastic hair extensions. They were just like my old hair and I was beyond thrilled. You can see a photo of the new me below. I have had nearly 200 positive comments on Facebook and my Dad cried when he saw me. Sarah did such an amazing job, and was so thorough in what was a long and complex process. She has the patience of a saint! I cannot recommend EgoTrip enough. It's more than just a set of extensions. It's a celebration of being alive and feeling attractive again. I cannot thank Sarah enough.

I had a fabulous experience first of all I booked the wrong date and the girls were fantastic at rearranging for me. I am so glad I tried ego Claire made me feel right at home took time to discuss what I was after and followed it up with an amazing cut and style. Claire took time to show me how to style so I can do the tussled curl myself which I am excited to try. For the first time ever I have booked for a repeat cut cannot recommend enough thank you so much x

I get my hair done regularly at the salon by both Claire and Sarah and every time i have been so happy with the results, they have both manged to transform my hair from what once was a damaged mess, i was never fully satisfied with the colour or condition of my hair until coming to the salon and i can honestly say i would never go anywhere else.

Highly recommend sarah. As my first visit, I was welcomed quickly and staff were very friendly. I have had my hair cut and coloured by many expensive and great hairdressers but this has been by far my best! Im a very very happy customer and to top it off the atmosphere in the salon suits all types of people. No pretentiousness just great skill!
