amazing .....desserts to die for and so much choice.....just wish it wasn't so far out & a nightmare to park on the Coventry road....defo need to open one in town
Went for the first time today, loved it!! Staff were so helpful and explained the menus to us. Decor was fab, really well thought out. We had the waffle cookie and you get to chose a flavour of ice cream with it. I had the salted caramel, delicious!!!! Definitely going back and trying something different � can't wait!
We travelled from Kidderminster to try "Eis Cafe" after being recommended by a freind. After taking a little time to park we arrived and were instantly amazed by the exquisite choice of deserts. We were greated by a very friendly and knowledgeable man who introduced us and recomended us to some deserts. After waiting, for them to be expertly crafted, we were presented with the most delicious looking treats you could imagine. They actually tasted better than they looked! Fantastic experience in a very well presented establishment with the friendliest staff and incredible food. An experiance my famaily and I will be repeating soon. WELL DONE ALL AT EIS CAFE!!
Very good vibe as you step into the shop, very different to rest of the desserts shops in the area. I had a Fererro Rochér milkshake which very nice, the viscosity (thickness) was good and flavour was very good too... I'm looking forward to trying one of their Loco Shakes as i've heard a lot of good things about them.
In terms of location, i think it's at a very approachable spot for the people who actually want to go out for desserts.
I found it quite clean and tidy and the staff was also quite friendly.

This is a brilliant desert spot and it's definitely right up my street! Went here with friends, chai tea was lovely with an amazing moist, light blueberry White chocolate muffin cheesecake and a delicious Nutella chocolate hazelnut doughnut... Fully recommend this place and I will definitely be back here again. Thankyou
The best and most creative dessert parlour in Brum. You'll taste things that you didn't think were possible to taste. Blessed to live in close proximity of the place.
On a recent shopping trip to Birmingham from Manchester with my sister and fiancé, we decided to visit Eis Cafe as we have been following the cafes Facebook page for quite sometime now. Well we were not disappointed! The milkshakes and Mocktails are out of this world! We ordered the Fudge Brownie Waffle which comes generously topped with pieces of mouthwatering chocolate brownie, toasted marshmallows, chocolate sauce and a big scoop of your choice of ice cream, we chose the blueberry cheesecake! It was light, delicious and not at all sickly like some waffle places! The place has a very rustic & homely feel to it, very quirky and hip! The service was very good, my own complaint is, when are you guys opening in MANCHESTER!!! Definitely need an Eis Cafe here!!! Will be popping in again when in Birmingham again! Thanks guys x
OMG I have drooled over their FB photos for ages but finally the kids and I made it over there today and boy, it did not disappoint, highly recommend.
Me and my friend came here today after eyeing up everything on the menu for a while and we were not disappointed! Staff were friendly and the food tasted amazing! Will defiantly be back
I travel and make my way to Birmingham to have the deserts at Eis Cafe , there is no other comparable deserts place Eis cafe is the best, unique, Excellent staff and Deserts are perfect, must try and enjoy scrumptious, delicious, tasty deserts ...good food..ice creams are awesome .
I love it here, it’s well worth a visit, desserts and ice creams to die for. You need to open up some cafe’s especially the south of birmingham 😉
First time visit on the 14th May. Took the family and loved the experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the Waffle's with choice of ice cream mash ups were mouth watering. Will be back again soon.
Awesome place for desserts and sweet treats! staff are great and made candy loco shakes especially for our kids as we were visiting from USA and Dubai and fans of this place! Will def be on our list of places to visit when back in brum!

Went here during Eid, bought a chocolate fudge loco shake and I can honestly say it was like drinking coconut water mixed with melted ice cream. And they didn't even give me a god damn spoon for the cream, did not finish the shake either despite spending close to a tenner on it and normally I soldier through but this was terrible on so many levels, I would never do this to another human being. Shame on you EIS.
Been dying to try this place out for a while. It's not that close in location to me but drove there nevertheless however there is nowhere to park and it's not the best location to leave you car parked anywhere I feel. I think if this store was located in a better area with parking it would be so much better! Hopefully you can get a more accessible shop so I can come and try some of those amazing deserts!
