Wow ! The most wonderful staff on the planet. Our bar host Nathan was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and throughly professional. Our treatments exceeded expectation. Chef Jaques met and attended to our afternoon tea, and the lovely Helen on departure topped our experience beautifully. Excellent staff make every experience, We will be back. Xx

My hubby treated me to a half day Spa, an absolute treat from arrival to departure. Stunning facilities and little extra touches, very exclusive Spa ambiance but so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the Cafe team, very healthy brunch and lunch with the Skinny Fizz. Beth gave the most beautiful Skin specific facial and shoulder and neck massage, love ESPA products as kind and cruelty free.



The Best SPA in the UK x

I've visited the Elan Spa three times, each time for a half day spa package, and I have been consistently impressed with everything about it. The staff are friendly and professional - nothing is an inconvenience for them, and the food / service is excellent. I have had a different therapist each time and every one has given the same high standard of treatment (I keep having the same one because it's so good!), and I've left feeling relaxed and pampered. The surroundings are beautiful, and the facilities are great. Oh, and the food is top notch! The only gripe I have had, is that when it's busier there aren't enough loungers by the inside pool.



If you opt to spend a bit of money on a treat here, you won't be disappointed!

I went to a half day spa, lovely lady showed us around so we knew where eveeything was. Had all you expect from a spa, towels, robes , slippers and toiletries, hairdryers. Just need to take swimmers and a hair brush ;). Had to have a glass of fizz in outdoor vitality pool which I would recommend doing haha....

I loved the outdoors hot tub the nice pool area. The lunch was great as was the champagne. The massage was very good. Definitely worth a visit I loved it.

I just love it at the Mallory Court. The spa facilities are pristine, the treatments are out of this world and the staff couldn’t be friendlier - we had at least two members of staff recognise us from previous visits. Excellent food, beautiful accommodation and complementary chocolates and champagne because it was both my birthday and my husband’s. Only suggestion is that the Vegetarian menu is expanded and includes some vegan choices. Other than that, perfect. Visit and you won’t be disappointed.

I just love being a member of the Elan Spa and Gym. In the most stunning of settings, this gym has everything I need to achieve the results I want and I get the luxury of unwinding after every gym session in the beautiful pool and spa area. And treating myself to a delicious healthy bite to eat at the fabulous spa cafe! Perfect!

I booked a half day spa for my Birthday which included a back, neck, Shoulder massage, express facial, full use of the facilities such as the Vitality Pool outside, indoor pool, Steam room and Sauna and afterwards a Champagne Afternoon Tea to end the perfect morning! Everyone was so friendly and professional I was very impressed! And the facilities in the changing are excellent from plenty of towels, hair dryers, cotton wool, cleanser, hand/body creams, shampoo's etc. No need in taking anything with you! Would 100% recommend it and definitely book again! I might look at the prices of membership for 2018.

First time I've been here. Staff were brilliant and made me feel at ease. Had a facial,back neck and shoulder massage and then Invigorating foot treatment. Came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Haven't felt this good in a long time. Will definatly be recommending and will be back x

Staff were so attentive throughout the day from reception, the therapists and the spa cafe staff.



The actual spa and grounds are completed to perfection, the outside area with plunge pool is so beautiful. We were out on the loungers sunbathing in the beautiful countryside.



The gym was clean, fresh and tidy with excellent facilities in a fantastic environment. The little things that made the difference.. the bottled water in the fridge that we could help ourselves to and the towels.



Finally, saved the best till last.



The treatments �

From start to finish my therapist was amazing. I had an Espa full body massage and facial. I slept pretty much the whole time (which I never do) and just felt completely at ease and relaxed. The rooms are beautifully done and the whole experience was just wonderful.



Highly recommend, not a large spa but just perfect.

I liked it but didn’t love it. Outside hot jacuzzi and sauna were great. Menu limited for my taste buds and I wish the pool was bigger and had a deep end. The pool could also do with being a tad warmer.
