Being sassy, girly and making my body flow effortlessly between posses is definitely not things that come naturally. I know I need to work on these areas for next year and grow more confident in preforming but I learnt so much in my first prep. . . I learnt about many things in this prep. not just the gym side or how your body reacts to food but how to take better care of my skin and hair, I learnt more about make up and I also tried acrylic nails for the first time. In addition to this I also learnt to be confident in a bikini and be happy with my body. . . I want to thank @rossini_fitness for helping me with my body confidence and learning to enjoy watching my body change in the gym. I would not of become as confident about my appearance without your help so thank you. . . My transition in this video may not be perfect but this is my starting point. I am excited to build on this and bring a better package next time. We all start somewhere and this is my start in this industry. . . Top quality gym. Ive been training at a few other gyms over the past few years and this one by far has increased my strength training better than the others ive been at.

Found the gym on line as I was in Redditich for 1 night. Great atmosphere and brilliant equipment. I would be having a membership I lived local. Will be going again next time I am in the area!!

Excellent new gym, good selection of high quality machines, excellent range of free weights, basic but clean changing rooms and faculties, nice selection of protein drinks etc, but above all intelligent, knowledgable and friendly staff who care about their members.



Good ethos, gym kept tidy, everyone encouraged to offload weight stacks and replace weights on racks and stands, and a nice mixed membership of age and experience. Give EliteFitness a try, they welcome the beginner and recognise the experienced trainer, a little gem of a gym!

By far the best gym in Redditch. Chris has created something great. Massive selection of equipment so you never have to wait for anything. The clothing and supplement range is good. Team is always friendly and helpful.

By far the best gym I've trained in :) Staff are great...equipment is great and the atmosphere is superb. My only wish would be for more strongman equipment.

After trying out a few gyms in Redditch, this is where I felt most comfortable to work out. A friendly environment and not intimidating like most gyms! Not to forget who runs it, most helpful and kind man to speak to which really makes the visits more pleasant!

A great independent gym that contains all you need to stay fit and become strong makes Elite the easy yet best choice when deciding where to train.

Some brilliant new additions since the re fit- battle ropes, tyres and a specific faux grassed area to name but a few.
