Elton Giant Mazes

The Maize Maze and the Activities Maze are both OPEN via The Pirate Adventure Golf - daily from 10.30. The maze cafe is now closed, however tea/coffee & cakes are still available at www.forestofdeanadventuregolf.co.uk

Thank you to Banshee also our visitors, regular and new who came to the late Night Special, The weather was perfect a beautiful moonlight night and we all had a great time. We had a lovely evening last Friday and raised money, when the SEVERNDEAN LIONS CLUB organised a BARN DANCE, with 'The Life Of Riley' in support of GREAT OAKS DEAN FOREST HOSPICE at Elton Maize mazes. The next great evening will be Friday 31st August at 7.30 when BANSHEE will be playing in our new barn pictured here. Bring a torch and brave the Maize Mazes in the dark. We all had a wonderful afternoon here. Mazes are great fun. Staff are friendly. Crazy golf was great fun too. Fun for all the family!!

This was recommended by a friend. It doesn't look like much when you pull up but has everything you need for the day. Cash might be easier than card as the signal for the card reader was a bit hit and miss! We did the adventure maze ticking off the challenges as we went, coming out for a breather for lunch and then back in. With kids of 8,7,4 & 2 everyone had fun clambering through netting and over fencing. They were absolutely filthy by the end and it was great � We took a buggy and it was manageable. My daughter wants to go back again so she can do the whole thing quicker!

My 2 boys, aged nearly 13 & 8 and myself had a fantastic afternoon! Hard to find things they both enjoy, but they loved the maize mazes & the activity maze was brilliant for burning off extra energy! Well set out, will get there earlier in the day next time to make the most of it!

Highly recommend the Elton Giant Mazes for a great day out. We had so much fun and our group with ages from 1 to 35 all thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Has got better and better over the years! Visited today with two adults and four children. All of us had a great time, stayed 11am-3.30pm.

Excellent visit for 10 & 5 year old, great obstacles in Activities Maze. Kept them busy for ages, loved the water squirting boxes too.

You can bring your own picnic and stay as long as you want, toilets well maintained...staff were amazing!

Could have spent hours there! 3 mazes for one entry price or the activity maze. We did the giant maze and Niffler maze. Very well organised and a map in a sealed envelope is provided if you get really stuck (although we lost ours!). Take a picnic, take the dog (not in the activity maze though) and get lost!!!

Brilliant day out. Allow about 4 hours if you are tackling all 3.

Brilliant day out, well worth it! Lots to see and do and as its only open over the summer it's a must see during the holidays.

Absolutely loved it a fabulous day out for all, children, adults and the dog. We had an 'amazing' time and would highly recommend it to all, excellent value and the kids loved all the games around the outdoor seating area too. All the mazes were great fun, but with us all being an active mud running family we were pleasantly surprised to find the adventure maze featured some great OCR challenges and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole day

A fabulous place to come. Thank you from all at FODBC for opening up for us last night so we could bring our youth club. They had a wonderful time as ever x
