I’m so in love with this fabric I just had to do something for myself! This little chair belonged to my Grandma but it’s lovely William Morris fabric had seen better days 🦓 🦁 🦒

Well what a fab day we had yesterday at Emily's Painting and Upholstery Workshop. Emily is so talented and knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer our never ending stream of questions. If anyone is unsure whether to book on - don't hesitate just go for it - you won't be disappointed. Very therapeutic and totally inspiring. Thank you Emily for a really enjoyable experience. Ooh nearly forgot to mention you get a lovely lunch and LOADS of biscuits/tea/coffee.

I really enjoyed my painting workshop. Everyone was really lovely and friendly and it was great to have knowledgeable people on hand to give tips and advice. It has definitely given me the confidence to have a go at more adventurous projects. Whenever I have been in to the shop there are always lots of pieces to give you inspiration and advice is freely given. I'm very happy that this is my local Frenchic stockist. Thanks to Emily and her team. x

I cannot recommend this place enough! I've previously had a fireplace surround and a footstool transformed by these guys and the results are amazing! Excellent attention to detail for a fantastic price. Lovely people and always happy to help! Thank you �

Have just spent the most enjoyable , relaxing and friendly day at Emily’s shop ...I was nervous as I went on my own but every one was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable with lunch coffee and biscuits provided ... I can’t recommend one of Emily’s workshops enough I will definitely be back ... Thankyou to everyone who works at the shop ( sorry Ia am rubbish with names ) xx

Had the most amazing day here transforming our chairs in the painting and upholstery workshop. Emily and the team are so welcoming and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We have learnt so much and have loads of ideas of how to transform our other furniture now. We also know that we can pop along to Emily's shop and get some help, advice, paint, tools etc anytime which gives us the confidence to try lots of ideas! A great shop, with fantastic local products, beautiful renovated furniture, helpful staff and a warm welcome. Can't wait to visit again soon, thank you!! J&C x
