This was my first time ordering from eModels and I found their service quick, reliable and efficient. Their prices are very competitive and I was also pleased that the packaging my paints were in could be kept in my spares box and reused. I'll definitely be ordering from them in future.

This is my first time of ordering from eModels. Their prices were competitive and the web site was really easy to navigate. after making my order, I received an email explaining the back log that they currently had and was updated as this progressed. I was then informed of the delivery date, which arrived as promised. Their was slight damage to one of the kits inside but this was Very minor. Looking forward to the builds and using my new sanding blocks, cheers guys :-]

Stopped by the shop. They're not set up for browsing; online seems to be their bread and butter. Nevertheless, they were very friendly, very efficient, and had what I wanted in stock and at a great price. I will definitely do business with them again.

Ordered paint and it arrived solid so i emailed and it was dealt with really quickly and a replacement is being sent, really good customer service would recommend

Just received my 2 kits this morning. I placed the order on the 11th june and they were delivered this morning 15th June. Only 4 days from the UK all the way to western Canada. Amazing service and I am very happy. I will certainly be using e-Models again, cheers.

Just placed my second order for today, had to contact customer service who replied extremely quickly especially as it was late in the evening and the issue was resolved in no time at all.

As always great service and highly recommended many thanks guys :)

Just phoned the help desk to order a set of tracks for an old tamia t34-76,

Very fast response on availability and delivery time along with a very reasonable price and postage cost.

Most definitely recommend and will use again

I was struggling to get all the right bits and pieces I needed for a build and came across eModels online. They had everything I needed in one place and great prices and the delivery time was super quick so thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I shop at least once a week and spend literally hundreds of pounds. I come back due to two things. There stòck/prices and the staff. Gav so kind and knowledgeable its untrue, james knows his stuff and is always willing to help, nothing is to much, connor loves to help and is very friendly and john , is sometimes let out from the packing area and when he does see day light, he chats , is polite and respectful and again loves to help, pete always says hello and finds a smile, when he must have so much on his mind.

I love còming back and aslong as i have the money and they open ill be there. I also give them regular shout outs on my youtube channel, mottys military models !

I ordered 2 separate orders last sunday received 1 on tuesday and by Thursday was concerned about 2nd order i emailed gavin and had reply within an hour couldn't help enough 2nd order arrived today Friday my fault ordering this close to Christmas. Also this is one of the only shop that has a full range of mr colour acrylic in stock thanks gavin best wishes john

Great choice, loads of stock. Placed an order on Monday afternoon and everything was packed and despatched before arriving at my door by Tuesday lunchtime! Can't fault that level of service. Thanks eModels!

Great Store - Order & collect is so simple.

Fantastic service as normal from emodels. Ordered late Tuesday night, arrived Thursday am. Can't ask better than that, only place I can get Revell airbrush cleaner , much cheaper and better service than eBay.

Fabulous, efficient and friendly service - would recommend this company to all modellers!

Called into the shop this afternoon, with my daughter, looking for help and advice on airbrushing as I am a complete novice at it. The guy working in the shop was fantastic and couldn't be any more helpful. Places like this need our support as the big boys like hobby craft don't care about customer service and helping people, Will return and keep up the good work. Lee crewe

Every order that I have put through has arrived to me in perfect condition, very well packaged and very speedy even when I have not paid extra for next day.



I can not recommend these guys enough!

Used Emodels a couple of times now via their webshop. Nice and accessable with a nice range of product and offering good value in the form of competative pricing. What I really liked was the rapid service and the thought that went into the carefull packaging of my paints. And the first class post which meant my paints turned up in time for the weekend. .............. now to paint my 20mm armies

Horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong item and from the start they were working with me and did get me the item I ordered. But I was asked to send the original item back and was told I would be refunded the shipping cost. Being as I'm in the US and had to ship a rather large box to the UK the shipping was not cheap, $95. Now I have been constantly emailing and have had no response and I am out $95 which is more than I originally paid for the item. I am completely unsatisfied and I would never recommend anyone shop here. Great products, but that doesn't mean anything to me when the customer service is crap.

Didn't have my order but still charged me for it plus it has taken a week to get sixty miles no contact after I had emailed them won't use them or recommend them ever again.
