What a fabulous film; Sarah and I laughed and cried all the way through.

Thoroughly enjoyable will definitely go and watch again. Had premium seats made a world of difference too.

Went to yellow submarine great seats and lovely staff have been a few times and always enjoyed it

We purchased our tickets from the machine by the door straight away and was able to choose our seats. There was quite a queue for drinks but was served pretty quick. The seats were very comfortable and the cinema looked very clean. The seats are arranged in such a way that you don’t have to worry who is sitting in front of you as you can still see the screen. Had a wonderful night thank you.

Never had any problems and visit quite regularly, good choice of food and drinks, prices good, I use my NHS ID to get discount

My 17 year old son booked tickets for himself and a friend to see Infinity War last night. When they arrived he realised he had accidentally booked the tickets for the previous night. Luckily a member of staff helped him sort out the problem so they could still see the film with their other friends. This was fantastic service as I am sure other places would have just sent the teenagers away. Thanks

Friendly staff. Food is nice and comfy seats. Always a bit of a cue for food so could do with more staff. Always enjoy going to the cinema. Plenty of parking

First time I've been to this cinema. Very clean, welcoming and all staff working hard to keep queues down. Great.

Fantastic cinema went yesterday and i dropped my nacho's and cheese dip on floor the lady who works there went an got me a brand new box very impressed highly reccomend this cinema

Best cheese & nachos please dont change it or the box. They go stale fast in that new 3 dip container (as we found out & had to complain) so please leave it in the cardboard box, cheese stays warm then too. Staff friendly. Screens are brilliant. We travel to get here each time instead of the one by us. Keep up the good work!

Went to see "The Last Jedi" with my boys to see what all the fuss was about ... it was OK but paid £14 for for watered down Tango, the film already started to take them back and ask staff to check their postmix

We love the Empire. We always enjoy a visit there.The staff are very pleasant & helpful.The seats are so comfortable. The only slight grumble is that the ladies loo really needs a face lift. Otherwise it would be 5*

Comfortable seats, good sound and vision, just get more staff serving food/drinks, queues far too long

Been here a few times recently. A few queues for food and drinks, but to be expected in a smaller venue. Staff friendly enough and comfy seats. Great that I could buy tickets online and have QR code sent to phone to be scanned by staff rather than printing anything.

Staff were fantastic, venue is well placed with great access to other businesses onsite (such as Frankie and Benny’s).

Seats were uncomfortable, and made me wish I’d gone to Odeon/Vue.



Also, having had my car broken into (four others on the estate also broken into), I suggest everyone to hide their dashcams and anything else on Windows.



Some staff were helpful, but the manager was as useful as a fishnet condom. No customer service, offered a drink and disappeared.

Massive queues for tickets and food as you buy both at the same counter. 20 mins standing waiting.



Screen was clean and comfortable. Sound level perfect.



Ladies toilet smelt awful and the base of the taps were black with grime. But I liked the star names on cubicle doors.

My daughter came there tonight to watch a 15 with her friends ( they are all 15 by the way). She wanted a little quality time with her friends to take her mind of her Dad currently being in hospital with severe pheumonia. All because she stuttered on her date of birth your staff felt it necessary to question her and tell her she was being rude and refused her entry. I am currently at the hospital having to deal with this upsetting situation ( due the rudeness of your staff) instead of spending quality time with my husband. Thank you for ruining her night and mine!!!!!

It’s always so bloody cold!! Why do they have the air conditioning on all the time??

DON'T park at this Cinema my brother has received a £100 fine!!!! 😣😭😤😵🤢😡😠Absolutely Disgraceful. This used to be our regular cinema and now extremely let down.
