What an awsome 24 hour gym.

Definitely has that welcoming family feel to it and is great for those who like flexibility in their life.

Staff are helpful and they have an ace menu.

Safe, secure and fully equipped.

Locked changing rooms between certain hours.

Love, love, love the that little touch with the hair facilities.ÔøΩ

Very impressive brand new clean gym with a large variety of state of the art equipment, staff are so friendly and approachable and there are loads of good classes on offer which are free for members, also shower facilities available it really is spot on !!!

Top gym best gym around 24hr been going here 3 months now my second home love it fitness for all needs strength cardio you name it

Thought I'd wait a week or so before leaving this review, I've had a few sessions here now and it's a great space to get moving about.



Ive seen a broad cross section of clients bodybuilders, bootcamps, cross fitters and groups of older folks just getting fit.



Massive selling point for me is the 0530 weekday starts enabling me to train and still get to work early

Thanks to the generosity of all at empoweredfit they have provided a temporary free pass for my 2 friends to work out and get into shape for their charity boxing match. They are raising money for wirral homeless cic and the wirral copper jar so this has been a very charitable offer. Their gym and equipment is excellent and they have shown that they take charity very personally. Thank you everyone at empoweredfit

Started training here in January and I love it. Great atmosphere, you can rock up 24/7 and do your own thing using loads of boss equipment or there's a wide variety of classes to suit all types of ability, age and fitness levels. The staff are all friendly and helpful and there are Kids classes too. üëç

Only been here a month , but I’m staying forever �� love it best gym around

My nephew is a member and told me to come and try some PT sessions with Joe Ward. I was always quite active up until 4 months prior when I just lost interest. Menopause going on 51 and feeling crap. Been going now for 5 weeks. I have tried a few early 6am classes and still doing my PT sessions. Have to say this place really does have a family friendly feeling. Everyone is really nice, the instructors interact With you, and I’m already starting to see and feel the difference. More energy toning up and my clothes looser. It’s great to have the support from Joe, tracking my eating and encouraging me knowing when I can give more. I’m so excited of what I can achieve, setting goals and moving towards them.

Love this gym, I’ve lost over a stone now and my confidence has improved so much. Training with Georgia has given me the confidence to go in on my own and all the staff are so friendly, now I’m never out of the gym ��

Love love love this gym! Totally given me my mojo back. Love all the classes but my fave have to be body combat and pump with Faye. 100% recommend ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

I’ve always had high anxiety when going to a gym....not anymore! Such a friendly vibe and atmosphere here. Everyone is really lovely and willing to help. I had my 1st PT session with Grace today and I loved it, roll on the next one!

I'm a bit of a gym phob. I'm not the most confident in the gym. I've not been to my usual boot camp for a few months. But I had a free trail with empowered which prompted me to sign up. It changed my perception of the basic gym, because this place certainly isn't like most gyms I've been to or tried.

I've tried a few classes & loved them. So enjoyable & fun. Most importantly a really good workout. Today I had my first ever PT session with Grace & came out jelly legged, really good coaching and motivation. I would recommend empowered to anyone regardless fitness ability. Absolutely fabulous gym! The staff are really friendly, approachable & helpful. There is a an amazing friendly atmosphere, good music, a variety of equipment to use & loads of classes to choose from. Finally got my mojo back after two months without any exercise.

Best 24 hour gym on the Wirral. I’ve been working abroad and was recommended this place for my return and it has exceeded my expectations. Excellent range of kit, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The fact I can pay monthly and not be tied into a 12 month contract helps with me working abroad too !

Amazing gym with a great atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and such a good workout each class I go to which are also very varied! I have a plan to use when I am just in the gym given to me by Georgia! Staff are great in helping me reach my goals!

Absolutely fantastic gym! All the staff are really helpful and there is a lovely friendly atmosphere. After having a baby empoweredfit has really helped me get back into the gym and regain my fitness! Would recommend it to anyone no matter age or fitness level!
