Encourage Activity are a new, inspiring company offering a range regular of movement-based activity sessions to care and nursing home residents.

Delivering a range of activities of varying intensity from Boccia to Balloon Volleyball, tasks have shown to increase confidence, encourage mobility, improve the happiness of residents and reduce stress and anxiety.

We strive to develop rewarding, strong and personal relationships with our clients, working across the UK and work with all levels of physical and mental ability.
