We are recruiting for the position of Care Supervisor. 2 positions available
Job Summary
... Our Field care supervisors are responsible for a group of our customers and care workers within our local community, ensuring customers receive the high level of care and support that they expect and deserve.
The position is part field based and part office based supporting the Care manager with the service delivery.
The role will require flexibility, and the successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our Care Supervisors support customers in their own homes, carrying out care reviews and implementing any changes that are required.
Work as part of a team to ensure customers are matched with the appropriate staff to meet their needs.
Support your own team of staff with one to one supervision and regular team meetings, discussing their progress and identifying any training needs.
Participate in an on call rota - Paid at an additional rate
Qualifications and Skills
The role requires that you have a minimum of 2 years care experience and hold a Level 3 Diploma in care or working towards this qualification. Must be a car driver with own transport.
