Where do I start, what a beautiful cinema . From the plush sofa seating , the waitress service , of drinks & nibbles from the lovely staff , or the lovely little bar area if you wish to have a drink before or after . An all round truly wonderful time .

User

What can I say that hasn’t already been said?

Excellent experience, very comfy, brilliant staff in a charismatic building that is in a great location to step outside after the film and have a bite to eat and/or a few drinks and not from the usual suspects that you get at leisure parks these days, proper restaurant and pubs/bars on the doorstep. Fantastic, not a junk food place in sight!

Only slight downside was no air conditioning on a very hot night...certainly didn’t need the blankets!

Will definitely be seeing my next film here as will my three friends who came along.

User

What a fantastic renovated venue, just beautiful decor and lovely comfy sofas with Waiter Service too, love it all and so nice to visit for a treat instead of big corporate chains ..we even got offered blankets as it was cold outside but no need as cinema very warm

and cosy highly recommend amazing venue thank you

User

Visited the cinema for the first time yesterday and it's an amazing place! It looks very lush! And yeah, those seats are basically sofas, two cushions each so you can snuggle in properly, there's blankets too if you need them, you can order various foods and drinks at the bar outside and they bring it to your seat, what?! All the people working there are extremely pleasant, you are pampered and served and officially every other cinema in the world is now ruined for me and I can never go back!

User

The way the movies should be done. Took my 10 year old boy and my partner. Don’t think they’ll want to do a movie anywhere else now.

User

Super expeirence! So many beautiful personal touches! Service is second to none! Unbelievably comfortable and relaxing! Once you visit here, no where else will will match it!!

User

Second visit to this cinema as I don t live in Bristol and a really good experience ! Was impressed with the whole set up , the comfortable sofas, the service , taking drinks into the performance and the nice touch of the manager welcoming everyone before the film and explaining about the rugs if you re chilly and iced water if your too hot ! Loved it and the film was pretty special too - McQueen !

Never going back to Vue again if I can help it. Seen 4 films in this cinema so far and will continue to come back. Whilst this cinema does not from what I have seen air 3D screenings (I've seen two marvel films here to this date) the customer experience and level of attentiveness is far superior to anything the other cinemas can offer. The building itself exudes luxury and you can have your snacks and drinks brought to you during the trailers. I don't mind paying the extra money given the quality of service here. Seating area comprises of comfy sofas with cushions and optional blankets. Manager always checks up on everyone before they start they film that everyone has got what they ordered. They now have a menu for "spielburgers" and fries as well to be eaten in the bar area in the lobby. I very much intend on getting a membership to this place at the end of the month.

My daughter and I went last night to see 'Murder on the Orient Express'. Cosy sofa, blankets to wrap around!

Hot chocolate and pizza delivered to the seat! Lovely little table to put it on and I didn't have to move an inch!

The acoustics were perfect, and couldn't hear the other screens. Great film, fantastic line up of stars!

A delightful night out, it was perfect and so relaxing. I'm surprised they don't need to hire bouncers to ask people to leave it's so good! I'll be back

User

Loved watching 'mama mia, here we go again 'here on Sunday evening with friends/family.really comfortable sofas.will definitely return.

User

Love this place. The staff are so friendly, the screen and sound are excellent, and the sofas and leg room wonderful! Oh, and the food and drink served to your seat and table is a lovely touch.

User

Love this place. It is the luxury end of cinema and so much nicer. Especially nice are the sharing sofas and cushions and the service is amazing. Its now 'our cinema' of choice and we dont go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

User

I’ve been twice this last week. Wednesday afternoon to see Darkest hour and Saturday to see The Post. Both viewed in comfort with a cheeky glass if prosecco brought to my seat 😊

Staff friendly and helpful.

User

It's fantastic, It's a step up in experience. Sure the 3D Imax screenings down at that place are technically better but if you love films and love the cinema you'll go here.

User

Had such a lovely evening watching a film for the first time in this venue last night to which my lovely partner treated me to for Valentine’s Day! Comfortable seats! Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff!!

User

Unfortunately my visit to the Everyman yesterday wasn't quite up to the 5star that I've come to expect. There were lots of tables with dirty cups and glasses not cleared. When I ordered drinks 45 mins before our film was due to start rather than getting them and enjoying before the film, I was told they would be brought over. There was a mix up so when we chased the order after taking our seats we were told the order was taken to screen 1. The order then arrived quickly but having 3 OAPS with me was causing some stress by the time the film started. The staff as ever were polite and apologetic and when an extra milk shake and popcorn arrived my son was very happy! The film was great and I'm hoping when we come back to see star wars Everything at Everyman will be back to it's 5star best.

User

Beautiful cinema, very comfortable. Definitely the most enjoyable space to watch a film in Bristol. Unfortunately, I found the choice of films not really to my taste, mostly American/mainstream, which is fine to a point but doesn't reflect the huge variety of films that exist. I guess I was expecting a more balanced mix and probably won't be renewing my membership next year.

User

Beautiful and clean cinema seats and fabulous staff but it always gets unbearably hot and the ladies loos aren’t great - no soap and the hand driers don’t work

User

Thanks for turning the lights on before the end of Vertigo. Never seen the film before and kinda ruined it for me. Didn’t help that when I spoke to the guy at till about this he was a patronising knob. I paid for a membership for this?
