Rivers elite athlete 16 year old Michael MacLeod has been training at the England Hockey Performance Centre. Four local centres came together in a cluster competition involving South Midlands, Birmingham, Reading and Weybridge. Some fantastic hockey was played by all centres despite the heat. Michael said "I found that my fitness held up extremely well in the tough conditions, my gym training is helping me to develop my strength and agility in my aim to play elite hockey."

Working in the area this week so got a weeks pass here... Can't complain at all (apart from the price :( ) quality gym with loads to do, no matter how busy it gets there's always something you can get on with.

The staff are fantastic they have a brilliant first aid protocol!! My son had a fit while visiting & the staff were wonderful in every part of our care even down to looking after my other children so I could be with my poorly 1 thank you lads & ladies xx

Really lovely clean warm pool and clean changing rooms, the cafe is also a nice place to sit for a coffee after a nice swim

If you enjoy Zumba (or fancy trying it!!) they have several different instructors who each have their own vibe...I love it!!

I love bringing the kids here, it has a nice atmosphere and there's always plenty of room, a big slide would be nice

I go as a carer for a gentleman with physical and learning disabilities. I go twice a week. The facilities are absolutely top class. He is able to be hoisted into the swimming pool and jacuzzis he can also go in the sauna and steam room. It's always very clean and tidy. The staff are brilliant and are always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

Great staff and brilliant facilities, which are always clean. Amazing early am offer with class, swimming and health suite for £4.90!!! I travel 40 minutes from Redditch to go here, just brilliant value. Have you ever thought of opening a facility in Redditch?!!

Evesham Leisure Centre is wonderful place .All the staff are so friendly and helpful .I go with my friends twice a week .Rivers has a facilites for every age and everyone.We are so lucky in Evesham to have this great place to go to .Lots of things to do.We all love it.Loads of thanks to everyone of you

I’ve paid upfront for a 6 month membership! I absolutely love the facilities! I need to use the gym more, but right now I’m getting involved in the classes! Wednesday Box-It and Spinning were that good I couldn’t manage Thursday classes this week! Ab Blast was wicked yesterday!! I’m really looking forward to trying out Body Pump tomorrow and lots of classes next week!!



I used to come to this gym a few years ago and I went to the original Evesham Gym by the College!



The pool is great and the health suite facilities are wicked!

in winter the best place to be ...

Very clean, and new facilities.... Used to do a fantastic Zumba class on a Monday with a girl called Jo.... But she left and was disappointed with the replacement.... Feel the other classes which interested me are only on in the week when I'm at work or to late in an evening....The studio pool is fantastic.... We take our son swimming most weeks.... Only problem we have is if it's busy.. You are sometimes refused entry to studio pool.... It only holds 25 people apparently.... This is disappointing when it happens to us... As main pool is good but feels a lot colder...

Not keen on swimmingbut going to help me lose weight been to a few leisure centres and this one is the best.it's not cold when you get out the pool the staff are friendly and I like the lay out of it ☺

It's got a great pool and always nice and clean not bad prices either for me and the kids

First time swimming with just myself and my 5month old, no fuss and my son enjoyed it.

The staff are great. But I do wish they would fix the machines in the gym instead of keep asking us what else they should buy. We would be happy if they all worked correctly with functioning monitors and earphone jacks.

Hair dryers should be free! And so the car park... it's additional £12 if someone is going to the gym 5 days a week :/ and there should be a shallow pools for the smallest children... the gym is great though. ..
