Great job, kids! Summer Reading Challenge

Come along to a free taster session, before our new 6 week course for Tai Chi Beginners. You can book your space for the taster by following the 'Tickets' link!

Come and learn the essential skills to keep your little ones safe including CPR skills, choking response, action for bleeding, burns, temperature management and meningitis recognition. A Paediatric First Aid course for parents, grandparents or carers and their child (1 child per adult). A gentle way of learning the paediatric first aid skills needed.
Cost: £15.00/Free (subject to conditions) Additional Information: Please make sure that you bring your National Insurance Number with you to enrol. No resources are needed for the course, just a willingness to learn and a smile to enjoy the session.

Family Information Service offer free impartial information, support and signposting. This includes help and support with: - Applying for 2,3 & 4 year old funding towards childcare - Finding and choosing childcare including after school clubs etc. - 30 hours funding for working parents/carer - Parents returning to work... - Promote local services and facilities - Accessing parenting programmes - Early years provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities - Any other childcare related questions

Chatterbooks, our monthly reading/activity group for 7-11 year-olds, is back tomorrow, January 5th, from 2-3pm. Our theme for the first session of the new year is ‘Awesome Animals and Furry Friends’! Great stories about all kinds of animals, the perfect way to kick off Chatterbooks in 2019!

Big thanks to everyone who has submitted a sleigh so far. Could all remaining sleigh entries please be handed in by Saturday January 5th.

Take my SEN class here regularly, the staff are fantastic and friendly and there are always plenty of new books for them to discover (and the teachers too).

I think Evesham library is excellent. I work in the Registration area as one of the shared services within the library. When I walk into the library there is always a buzz with plenty of activity and it is good to see a 'living' library. With our changing world there are plenty of computers for people to use and I see a variety of all ages and nationalities using the free service. I think integrating the childrens' library area into the main library is a lovely idea and a much safer environment for them. They can participate in lots of craft activities during holidays and I love hearing their mums and toddlers group singing nursery rhymes. I am a library member and in that capacity I have always found the staff extremely helpful in recommending books to read and also helping me set up my own tablet that I can use with the library wifi.

Great children's section. Lovely knowledgable and polite staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere and displays.

Evesham's public library has a lot to offer those who are willing to learn. The overall experience is welcoming and the staff is amazing!
