Great classes tonight!

absolutely brilliant class! everyone is so friendly and welcoming and it doesn't matter what fitness level you are at it accommodates everyone. I started in August last year, overweight, unfit and having had back surgery.... I can now say I am fitter, healthier, more flexible and throughly in love with this class!! I would highly recommend this to anyone! xx

My sons in his 3 yr of doing this now , his confidence and fitness since starting have both grown enormously. He thoroughly enjoys it and is so enthusiastic about attending . Thank you Mr & Mrs M for all your hard work .

My eldest daughter has been attending classes at EWF with Mr & Mrs Marshall for the last few years and the development in her self confidence both in the club and outside is amazing. Her self discipline and respect for others is second to none and her fitness level is ever improving. The anti bullying and self defence training is fantastic. She is now well on her way to Black belt and I could not be prouder. A fantastic club and highly recommend it. My younger daughter will definitely be taking the same route..

My 7 yr old and 5 yr old have been attending for around 4 months and have already progressed to yellow belt! They absolutely love it and Mr and Mrs Marshall.....we definitely recommend EWF if you're thinking about joining a martial arts class!
