Female Bootcamp Description

Female Bootcamp!

This is an outdoor military style exercise class specifically for women of all fitness levels - Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced . It aims to give you the social support and motivation you need to burn fat and sculpt your body. It includes a variation of cardio, core stability, strength, resistance and body weight exercises.

Female Only Bootcamp is a fun way to achieve your goals whilst making friends and socialising as you burn fat, lose weight and increase your cardiovascular efficiency. The hour sessions include team games, pair and individual work but always take account of your own physical capabilities.

Instead of heading to a stuffy gym where you find it hard to push or motivate yourself, come and join the team of ladies in the fresh air.

This has got the be one of the best exercise classes IŌĆÖve ever been to. Like minded ladies who enjoy getting fit. I recently took part in the Little Black Dress Bootcamp and throughly enjoyed it. I had 4 PTs at my disposal who advised me on what foods to eat and gave me constant encouragement throughout. I attended Bootcamp 5x per week. In a total of 5 weeks IŌĆÖd lost 9lb and 10.5 inches. I have continued to follow this regime and have completely changed my outlook on fitness. IŌĆÖve made amazing friends from it. If youŌĆÖre after a fun filled challenge come join us, in all weathers.

Started bootcamp in January. Needed something different and more motivating than the gym...that's what bootcamp is! Exercises are so varied and you know you have had a great workout. Fleur wants you to achieve your personal goals whatever they may be. I've got a couple of long standing injuries/conditions which have plagued my exercise and are very annoying but alongside my medical advice, Fleur is able to offer advice, guidance and suggest different exercises and suggest when I shouldn't do something. There is no pressure just pure encouragement and positive vibes. The other ladies are wonderful...makes for a great atmosphere X

My friend text me saying how do you feel about going to boot camp......My heart pounded thinking OMG it will kill me!!! Well we went along not knowing what to expect. After a couple of sessions we were both hooked. Fleur made us feel very welcome and made us feel like we could achieve what we set out to do. She is very encouraging and supports you with everything. A great bunch of ladies and we all have a laugh aswell as work out really hard......even training in the rain is fun honest. If you are considering Bootcamp give it a go it's amazing.

Joined running club with Kate and it's been a brilliant few weeks. I have gone from not really being able to run to be able to run a 5k without stopping. Kate really helps you get focused and gives you so much positive energy. If someone had said to me I would be out running in the rain I would have said they are mad but I have done it. I love seeing how much my body strength is increasing (I couldnŌĆÖt even do one sit up when I started).



I love that even when an old back injury plays up I can still go & the trainers will adjust the exercises as necessary so I can still work out.



I love the like minded ladies that go, push themselves & help to motivate others.



I love that I have withdrawal symptoms when I miss a session.



I looked at other similar BootcampŌĆÖs & love the different levels of membership & payments options offered by Female Bootcamp making it flexible & affordable. It offers good value for money & is worth every penny!

I've been doing BC for almost 12 months now alongside PT's with fleur which have been around 18 months... and I ŌØż it. I can't recommend fleur and her other trainers Lou and Kate highly enough.... if you have any doubts in your mind about starting at FBC, don't! The only regret you'll have once you start is why didn't I come sooner?! Ive made some fabulous friends along with keeping fit and becoming educated about food and fitness! I thought it was very motivating ,well instructed and the exercises were all good. I was shattered at the end as I chose to do all the advanced exercises ,as Im not fit at the moment I would not of worked so hard if I had been in the gym on my own . But you can make it as easy and hard as you like. Being outdoors was great instead of being in a gym especially in the sunshine. One of the things I liked most of all was there was music which I did not expect. I would recomend it.

I absolutely love it, there arent many people i dont mind getting up at 530am for. Fleur is so welcoming, knowledgable and knows when and who should be pushing themselves more. Its challenging at times, but as you do something different in each class it makes it more enjoyable. I have just increased my sessions as it becomes quite addictive and to me that means the trainer is doing a fab job. Thanks Fleur x

Having tried and tested kickboxing, gym and a personal trainer, I was looking for something different and that could be accommodating around my work schedule. After finding Female Bootcamp via Google search and attending for a month, I am addicted! Come rain or shine Fleur and the rest of the instructors are motivated. Right from starting the enquiry with Fleur through to attending a class you are felt welcome and part of the team. There is a lot of variety, team spirit and you are able to go at your own pace. You will be surprised how much you can push yourself.

Hands down, the best way to wake up on a morning! I joined female bootcamp around 18 months ago when I saw just how amazing my sister had done after joining and I have never looked back. It truly is a female fitness family, Fleur and the team are fabulous. Recently I took part in LBD bootcamp an intense 5 week course which completely changed my outlook on food and training. I lost 14lbs and 11 inches. The support during that 5 weeks from PTs and other bootcampers was invaluable and I still continue to follow the same principals now.

Fleur and the Bootcamp team are brilliant! When I first started I was a bit scared and it was tough but the female bootcamp family is an amazing, supportive, friendly place to exercise and you feel comfortable straight away and soon gain confidence and fitness. The PT sessions have definitely pushed me that bit further ’┐Į and I'm loving it (most of the time ’┐Į) I always feel great after’┐Į. I definitely can see and feel the difference in my fitness. Female Bootcamp is simply the best exercise regime IŌĆÖve ever done....& IŌĆÖve tried & done A LOT but I never stick to it. My motivation wavered recently but after a chat with Fleur IŌĆÖm now back into it and back on track. Love my early morning classes. Mentally IŌĆÖm able to do so much, my concentration and patience has improved massively and IŌĆÖm sleeping better too.

Bootcamp has been a life changer before my wedding I lost loads of inches and since having my little boy 6 months ago it has kept me sane! I took part in little black dress a 5 week intense course which changed my way of thinking when it comes to food in 5 weeks lost 16lb bringing me close to pre baby weight and 14.5 inches meaning I could get into a pair of jeans not jeggins something I planned to do. All the trainers are amazing and so helpful changed my way of eating to train well and fuel my body properly thank you so much ’┐Į

It truly is a female fitness family, Fleur and the team are fabulous. Recently I took part in LBD bootcamp an intense 5 week course which completely changed my outlook on food and training. I lost 14lbs and 11 inches. The support during that 5 weeks from PTs and other bootcampers was invaluable and I still continue to follow the same principals now.

Fleur and the Bootcamp team are brilliant! When I first started I was a bit scared and it was tough but the female bootcamp family is an amazing, supportive, friendly place to exercise and you feel comfortable straight away and soon gain confidence and fitness. The PT sessions have definitely pushed me that bit further ’┐Į and I'm loving it (most of the time ’┐Į) I always feel great after’┐Į. I definitely can see and feel the difference in my fitness. Female Bootcamp is simply the best exercise regime IŌĆÖve ever done....& IŌĆÖve tried & done A LOT but I never stick to it. My motivation wavered recently but after a chat with Fleur IŌĆÖm now back into it and back on track. Love my early morning classes. Mentally IŌĆÖm able to do so much, my concentration and patience has improved massively and IŌĆÖm sleeping better too.

Bootcamp has been a life changer before my wedding I lost loads of inches and since having my little boy 6 months ago it has kept me sane! I took part in little black dress a 5 week intense course which changed my way of thinking when it comes to food in 5 weeks lost 16lb bringing me close to pre baby weight and 14.5 inches meaning I could get into a pair of jeans not jeggins something I planned to do. All the trainers are amazing and so helpful changed my way of eating to train well and fuel my body properly thank you so much ’┐Į

I had 4 PTs at my disposal who advised me on what foods to eat and gave me constant encouragement throughout. I attended Bootcamp 5x per week. In a total of 5 weeks IŌĆÖd lost 9lb and 10.5 inches. I have continued to follow this regime and have completely changed my outlook on fitness. IŌĆÖve made amazing friends from it. If youŌĆÖre after a fun filled challenge come join us, in all weathers.

Started bootcamp in January. Needed something different and more motivating than the gym...that's what bootcamp is! Exercises are so varied and you know you have had a great workout. Fleur wants you to achieve your personal goals whatever they may be. I've got a couple of long standing injuries/conditions which have plagued my exercise and are very annoying but alongside my medical advice, Fleur is able to offer advice, guidance and suggest different exercises and suggest when I shouldn't do something. There is no pressure just pure encouragement and positive vibes. The other ladies are wonderful...makes for a great atmosphere X

My friend text me saying how do you feel about going to boot camp......My heart pounded thinking OMG it will kill me!!! Well we went along not knowing what to expect. After a couple of sessions we were both hooked. Fleur made us feel very welcome and made us feel like we could achieve what we set out to do. She is very encouraging and supports you with everything. A great bunch of ladies and we all have a laugh aswell as work out really hard......even training in the rain is fun honest. If you are considering Bootcamp give it a go it's amazing.

Joined running club with Kate and it's been a brilliant few weeks. I have gone from not really being able to run to be able to run a 5k without stopping. Kate really helps you get focused and gives you so much positive energy. If someone had said to me I would be out running in the rain I would have said they are mad but I have done it. Can't wait for the next running club xxx

I love the trainers who give a good mix of workouts to suit everybody and every level of fitness.



I love seeing how much my body strength is increasing (I couldnŌĆÖt even do one sit up when I started).



I love that even when an old back injury plays up I can still go & the trainers will adjust the exercises as necessary so I can still work out.



I love the like minded ladies that go, push themselves & help to motivate others.



I love that I have withdrawal symptoms when I miss a session.



I looked at other similar BootcampŌĆÖs & love the different levels of membership & payments options offered by Female Bootcamp making it flexible & affordable. It offers good value for money & is worth every penny!

I've been doing BC for almost 12 months now alongside PT's with fleur which have been around 18 months... and I ŌØż it. I can't recommend fleur and her other trainers Lou and Kate highly enough.... if you have any doubts in your mind about starting at FBC, don't! The only regret you'll have once you start is why didn't I come sooner?! Ive made some fabulous friends along with keeping fit and becoming educated about food and fitness! I thought it was very motivating ,well instructed and the exercises were all good. I was shattered at the end as I chose to do all the advanced exercises ,as Im not fit at the moment I would not of worked so hard if I had been in the gym on my own . But you can make it as easy and hard as you like. Being outdoors was great instead of being in a gym especially in the sunshine. One of the things I liked most of all was there was music which I did not expect. I would recomend it.

I have tried every exercise class/video out there and never enjoyed and stuck to anything like I have with Fleur, I go 2 or 3 times a week and from that I see good results in myself and my fitness levels have improved dramatically since starting last year. All the ladies are lovely and motivate each other.

People think I'm mad when it's raining or through the winter when I say I'm going bootcamp but for me whatever the weather I'm always glad I went.

I absolutely love it, there arent many people i dont mind getting up at 530am for. Fleur is so welcoming, knowledgable and knows when and who should be pushing themselves more. Its challenging at times, but as you do something different in each class it makes it more enjoyable.
