I am all over the moon today, as I just collected a parcel from the post office and inside there it was! Absolutely amazing photo product I have ever received :D
Recently I applied to be a one time product tester for a printing company based in Germany. I received a voucher I could spend on a photobook of my choice. At first, I have thought they were a little pricey, so I chose something within the cost of the voucher, but today I do think that "you get what you pay for".
... I ment to use it to create myself an up to date portfolio, however, after having difficulties deciding whether It should be an art folder or photography advertising portfolio, I changed my mind and designed a story telling photo album, for a family with a baby, of the first 2 years of the baby's life.
Parents are absolutely pleased, I must say, as even poor resolution mobile phone photos they wanted to add, look better in the book than on the Samsung's screen!
Book is solid, padded (extra option) and looks professional. Pages are thick and seem like lasting long. Mini book - a cheaper option, has enough pages to feel absolutely satisfied.
The software, I used to choose and design the book, I had to download first on my laptop, then I just followed the instructions. I think the only annoying thing was, that i couldnt apply a chosen design just to one page of the book, but across two open ones, so I spent some time doing it manually. But hey, professionals will most likely go for their own vision, rather than using ready templates.
So I am happy to share and definitely recommend Saal-Digital Fotoservice :)
