Never forget where you came from and how you got here

💥 2018 💥
Was a hard year after divorce — I threw myself into a business I in fact had no business running , I had An amazing team of friends I thought were my family around me supporting me encouraging me to do more be more I will always love them and be grateful for them during this time of my life
Other friends and family stepped back and let... Me realise on my own when the time was right that I couldn’t do it anymore xx
I love them and respect them more for not feeding into my ego. When the doors closed only the real remain and I appreciate what they did even more They weren’t around because I was a vibe centre had my own studio or was fitness presenter the were there for me and they now remain
In the blink of an eye the world I knew for the last 2 years exploded — your best friends gone only the REAL phoned text I remain Vibe and a presenter with or without the studio
6 weeks and it feels like it was never there maybe it never should of been this is a lesson I have learnt a part of my journey
2019 I will create a bigger better life for Travis and those REAL people ... stability and routine it’s time to remember the Tara I used to be find my sparkle and after cityfit this weekend I’m remembering

This fitness (I can't really call it a club) family is amazing. They took me in and pushed me so much to achieve what I wanted. They've never let me give up and have given me a shoulder to cry on when I've had a bad day.



The fact that I can take my children, means I don't give myself an excuse not to train, and even when they don't join in, they are welcome to sit and watch. Really do love this fit4families family. Xxx

Seriously the best place to go if your super fit or trying to get there all shapes and sizes I love it here best place ever !! �

Really loved my class tonight, every one is so friendly and welcoming, and what a lovely instructor, she even waited for me as I was running late, looking forward for my up coming classes, lovely family run business

Love this place you always leave with a smile on your face and feeling you have achieved something. The people are great I am so happy that I was introduced to this brilliant concept. I can't thank everyone enough. Need more than 5 stars .

Love it, whats fab is it really is family friendly. My toddler comes with me to the Wed morning class and he has loads of fun. There are toys for the kids and even a biscuit or two. xx

If you think that a gym is not for you, that you are not the kind of person who can exercise, then you need to go here.

What you will find is a genuinely warm welcome from a team that can't do enough to help. This is not a place where you will be made to feel uncomfortable or inadequate - all shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome and the nature of the classes provided means that whatever your level f fitness you will be able to join in. This is exercise as fun - you will find yourself smiling all the way through a class and only when it finishes will you realise how hard you just worked.

On top of all that, if you have kids you can take them with you and you can exercise as a family, together, alongside each other. If only more gyms could operate like this.

A truly amazing place which is going to do great things for the local community.

I've gone completely full circle with Tara and always new she'd make something wonderful and she has.

I can not recommend this place enough! Everyone is amazing and down to earth, the Instructors are friendly and will always be there if you wanna chat. I go to the gym but would easy say this is a better full body work out. You can’t go wrong for the price! Get yourself down here!!

Excellent very relaxing atmosphere and great vibes brilliant workout for all abilities

Cannot rate this gym enough, the members and the trainers are all brilliant and so friendly! They are brilliant when you take your kids too and everyone teams up to watch them! Thank you ladies especially tonight for watching my 2! Really is a family gym that really care about getting you fit and reaching your goals �
