Personal training and family Kickboxing classes held in Rugby, Northampton and Daventry.

Getting our groove on with some fitness to music at PKA Northampton Kickboxing tonight. Everyone worked hard, well done guys!
Family classes are Sundays from 1800-1900 at Lings Forum Leisure Centre, and all ages are welcome.
Getting numerous texts from the Rugby Kickboxing students about their grading tomorrow night! Good to see people getting some last minute practice in, everyone's excited to get their next belt!
First PKA Kickboxing class taking place in Daventry tomorrow night! 6pm at Reach for Health. Already had multiple bookings so come and have a go, mums and dads too! All are welcome.

It gives me great pleasure to announce Family Kickboxing classes for both the experienced and complete beginners are now available!
Classes in Rugby, Northampton and Daventry are all starting next week, details below. Drop me a message if you have an questions but come along and give it a go for free, and bring friends and family too!

These are the launch dates, all classes will continue on the same time and day in each subsequent week.

Kickboxing classes are now available for both adults and children on a Wednesday night at 7pm, located in Church Lawford at the village hall. This is a temporary venue.

As a Martial Artist you should always hope to never have to use what you practice in a 'real world scenario', but articles like this show the responsibility that also comes with your training. This man proved he did not need a firearm to protect his family, even against four home intruders, one of which was carrying a blade. It's just a shame that the article goes on to contradict this message and use it as a platform to advocate guns for 'self defense'.
Martial Arts (MA) training has numerous benefits, but above all it can be the difference between life and death.
I'd recommend everyone to give some form of MA a go at any point in their lives!
Foam rollers are a great recovery tool. Coupled with daily stretching you can reduce your recovery times in between sessions. The roller simulates a deep tissue massage and can help reduce DOMs (delayed onset muscle soreness). I can't recommend them enough!
Circuits class at Church Lawford Village Hall tomorrow night (21/05/2014) at 6.30pm. Free if it's your first time in my circuits class, and £3 thereafter.
