Whilst specializing in fitness and body building we also welcome martial arts clubs to use our facilities, ranging from boxing to MMA and kick-boxing.

Our gym staff are all experienced, professional and dedicated to the members of our gym and are more than happy to help with anything they can.

Facilities:

The gym has both male and female changing rooms both with shower facilities. Stepping back into the gym we have a huge "Heavy Lifting platform, suitable for exercises such as the log press and a wide variety of free weights, benches, machines and cardiovascular equipment. Our martial arts area includes a fixed 6 x 6 meter "grapple ready" mat, a raised boxing ring and a mirror and bag section. Back at the desk we offer pre /post workout drinks, along with plenty of healthy refreshments and snacks.
