Super image of a cataract from this afternoon’s clinic. Cataracts are a normal change of the lens inside your eye as you get older. Sometimes they can be so small as to not cause any symptoms, others can be denser or positioned in such a way to cause glare from headlights when driving and a general loss of sharp focus. This one will soon be operated on by the excellent surgeons at the Nuffield hospital and vision will be restored! Have a great weekend and look after your eyes 👀
