Went for toddler time on Monday for my birthday with my 19months son my partner and our friend and we loved every minute of it everyone was friendly and helpful and my son loved it and no tears at any point.
He did completely crash out on the car 5 mins after we left.
Recommend it for anyone
We have been to flip out a few times now, once was for my 5 year old sons birthday gathering and we've had a great time every visit. The food is also great and not a bad price, the staff are always friendly to :)
We had my son's 11th Birthday at Flip Out Somerset last week, our party host OLLY was amazing! Interacting with the children, laughing and joking. They had a brilliant time. The pizza was delicious and upgrading to Polar Krush was a great idea as the children had unlimited refills! I would Highly recommend for a stress free, fun party. Thanks Everyone.
Visited a few times now, some as large groups and other occasions just with our kids. Each time has been a blast, the children are on the go non stop and love every bit of it. οΏ½

My son recently had his end of season treat here at flip out what a great way to end the footy season where all the boys could have fun together.
Iβve been here a few times and both times I have absolutely loved it! My 17 month old especially loves jumping into the sponge area. The staff always seem friendly and the food menu has a great choice and variety! The best bit is knowing you can get unlimited refills of slush οΏ½ will definitely be returning soon.
I've celebrate my children's birthday. Both birthdays excellent!!! Great staff. Kind people all over the place. My brother lost his phone in one of the pool trampoline and next day the staff called me to collect it. Thank you all!!! :)
I have to really praise flip out. I took my son for first time this morning to the toddler session, my sons autistic and speaking to flip out prior to us coming they gave us free access to use the VIP room for quiet time and they left the lights and music off. They couldnβt of been more accommodating or accepting. More places should take note from you. Thank you for taking the stress out of a stressful situation οΏ½
I can't thank the staff enough for their help today when I discolated my shoulder being a big kid, all so helpful couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Thank u again :)
Great place to visit, staff are always friendly and helpful! Was really nice to see them interacting with the children, even coaching some of the older children in parkour style skills!
Great birthday family visit good value pizza made to order to accommodate our dietary requirements good fun plenty for adults & kids of all ages.
Flip out is amazing. It has a really fun, family friendly atmosphere.
Had both of my childrenβs birthday parties here, although I think I enjoyed it more than the kids!
Fantastic and safe environment. But the best thing about flipout has to be the staff. Theyβre informative, friendly and safe. They make you feel well looked after.
We visited yesterday would be a great place if you arnt waiting arou d for a Marshall to show the safety video so my children lost bounce time, and only one member of staff on front desk, only 1 member of staff in cafe so tables left dirty and untidy. We arrived the 30 minutes before our time slot to watch the safety talk but they didn't have anyone to do show it οΏ½ so went it late. Hopefully next time will be better.
Loved our time here , however turned up at 9am for our session and they had forgotten to inform us that it was now open at 10 am .Lorraine one of the staff members happened to be outside too and she was amazing with customer care , sorting everything out and free teas and coffees , Lorraine saved the day οΏ½Thankyou , also to management for sorting it out and issuing 5 free vouchers, we will definitely return
I love flip out we go there quite often and had my brothers 16th there was great fun only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the last two times we have been here there has been no battle beam things so werent able to do it, there was only one ball in dodgeball court so couldn't play that and only 1 basketball other than that we love coming here especially to the after dark session xxx
We went to Flipout today with our toddler and the day started off great. The facilites are excellent, loads of fun stuff to do and the marshalls are really hot on keeping it safe for everyone. What let it down for me though was the cafe. After waiting 40 mins for 3 paninis and a sausage roll when I finally went to collect our food they forgot our drinks so I then had to wait to remind them and got only 1 of the 2 jugs of squash we ordered. In their defence I dont think they were trained catering/food handling staff obviously just employed by Flipout. My suggestion would be to employ more highly trained staff in the cafe and Kitchen and then it would have been perfect. We'll definitely come back to have a bounce but i'm afraid we won't be eating in the cafe again.
The facilities are fantastic, but we went on Sunday and the heat was unbearable very unsafe with it being so hot and the kids running around, we had real concerns with some of the kids overheating and becoming ill despite having lots of fluids and lots of breaks, they spent more time sitting down trying to cool down than bounce, us parents didnβt bounce but we were also struggling with how hot it was aswell
This would have been fantastic if it wasnβt for the heat. It was unbearable. There is no air conditioning and people were just melting. Couldnβt spend too much time on the equipment as we were feeling physical sick due to the heat
One lady told me that her son had nearly passed out. There has to be a health and safety issue here
When we left it was cooler outside and the temp outside was 31 centigrade!!!!!
I asked staff about air conditioning and they said they were doing it but the place would have to close for 16 weeks so would not be doing it yet. How can it take 16 weeks to install air conditioning??
My advice, donβt go in this heat. We left 3 hrs ago and I still feel ill from the heat
Also do not waste your money on the Β£4.25 slush puppies. Every flavour tasted very very strongly of artificial sweetener
It was such a shame as I think it would have been great if it wasnβt for the heat
They seriously need to do something before some one is ill or passes out.
