Universal's Volcano Bay Water Park has loads of fabulous rides, from the mellow to the mind-blowing! Here they are ranked in order of pants-wetting potential... 🤣

We have used them 3 years in a row . Never had a problem . The 3 park universal is cheapest about . But bit of advice don't buy the meal dinner shows or add on like halloween horror nights there a lot cheaper when out there

This year we saved 50% on the gate price for both KSC and Blue Man Group and got free tickets to Gatorland with our WDW tickets (although not surprised that Gatorland are giving away free tickets as would have been disappointed if I had pay to visit !).



Would have no hesitation in using Florida Tix again for future Florida holidays.

Thank you Floridatix! Being able to pay for our tickets in installments was perfect for us and when we had a problem (mum booked the wrong discovery cove tickets and we needed to add volcano bay to our universal tix) everything was sorted quickly and conveniently over the phone.

Just booked my tickets over the phone and experienced the most helpful and lovely customer service from Sarah! She explained everything clearly and was really lovely, excited to receive my tickets!

I made an over payment when purchasing Universal tickets, my iPad crashed when I was making my final payment, as I hadn’t had any confirmation of the payment I made a second, only to discover the first payment had gone through. I phoned up customer service and spoke to a nice chap called Billy, he said no problem and arranged a refund and it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days ( it was Easter so I thought maybe a bit longer) but to my surprise the refund was in my account by Good Friday. Excellent service ��

Great set up this,we bought our tickets well in advance of going to Florida and the tickets were spot on (just a note though the Disney ones are plastic and the Universal are card,i only mention this as i was confused and head to check),you can pay in installments which is great,plus they also insure the tickets for a small sum in case you have to cancel,i really cant recommend this firm enough.

Great service, paid deposit amount & given cancellation cover & guarantee if tickets became cheaper in sale we could get them at lower price..we did & saved a further £260 and they already price matched original tickets

Tickets paid for & received in post couple of days later (real tickets not vouchers) with reveal kit which was great fun to do..definitely would use again

Brought the passes in their payday money off weekend..best price around! Easy to do online..arrived a few days later..and kept up to date on the courier, dispatched and delivery by text & email..then received a gold Jiffy bag in the post with Disney balloons, badges etc..kids very excited! Can’t fault them!

Booked tickets at Christmas time but the Easter offer was much cheaper, a quick phone call got me a price match! Spoke to David who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! Thanks Florida Tix 5* service couldn’t recommend you enough!!!

Absolutely superb service. I booked early then when their was a sale on I change my tickets to the sale price almost a year after I originally booked and saved £260. They real tickets as well. Sent out a fabulous reveal kit which we had so much fun doing. Next time we go to Florida we will definitely use Floridatix again and recommend 100%

Used for our last 2 trips and everything was great. This is our third time: Saw on here people were getting free Gatorland tickets. Our party of 8 booked everything with them but don't qualify. We booked to early ; January for September)

Non of us have been to Gatorland and we are feeling disappointed that although we have spent thousands and early we don't get them, so heads up be careful when you book.

Rubbish after care. All I want to do is change my delivery address and have spent 2 days trying to speak to someone on the phone. I'm continually on hold awaiting an advisor. How many advisors have you got? With something that is time sensitive like this (I don't want the tickets in the wrong hands), you'd think emails would be responded to quicker than within 48 hours, they'd have a proper Facebook message set up rather than a useless robot chat and there would be breaks in calls for other people to get through. Next time I'll go back to the site I used last year!

Not the best experience booking tickets! First it wouldn’t work online for some reason so I rang to do it over the phone, then I never received a confirmation email so had to chase it up, then when my tickets arrived my name was spelt wrong after having confirmed it at least three times and then finally got tickets with the correct name on but the departure date is wrong and it says I only get free parking at one of the parks even though it says all 3 on the website! Disappointing service, especially seeing as the woman I spoke to about not receiving a confirmation email was having a blatant conversation with a colleague whilst dealing with my call. No wonder it’s full of mistakes!

Will answer any enquiries before you book instantly and same with taken payments. However try contacting them afterwards and its impossible. As you can see from my post on here i have tried every way to contact them over 7 days and have failed. There response on here to them not answering the phone or live chat was for me to email them but they have not responded to emails either. Luckily i only paid £30 deposit so i took my £500 for dolphin swim plus £1300 for disney tickets to another company who actual have a customer care team.

Ordered our universal tickets though them, paid the full amount though the phone and was told the tickets would be with us within 5-7 days. Them 5-7 days went past and still had nothing through. We phoned them and we was told they are waiting on a ticket to arrive which would take a month. We wasn’t told this when we first phoned and booked the tickets. We said ok that’s fine. That month passed and still nothing. Phone yet again and was told we would receive a dispatched email within the week. Yet again didn’t receive an email. Phoned them again and was told we had to wait another like 2 months for our tickets. Only good thing about this place is they processed the full refund quickly. Would never use again or recommend.
