A true epiphany should happen once, not once a week!
ŌĆśThis is it now! Somethings clicked, IŌĆÖm not going back to being lazy and weak!ŌĆÖ
... ŌĆśno this is really it this time...ŌĆÖ
ŌĆśIŌĆÖm really ŌĆśon itŌĆÖ this time I wasnŌĆÖt serious before but this is it!ŌĆÖ
Nobody cares
These are just excuses to make you feel better. People stopped listening after the third ŌĆśfresh start mondayŌĆÖ 4 weeks into your ŌĆś6 week transformation!ŌĆÖ
Some people will think they are helping you by entertaining your excuses. In the short term maybe they will help you feel better but they definitely wonŌĆÖt be helping you be better.
Nobody cares if you were really tired this morning (they really donŌĆÖt) so if you didnŌĆÖt get up when your alarm went off and missed the gym, work or a meeting. DonŌĆÖt do it again tomorrow.
Less talking, more doing
Look for the people who relentlessly go about their business day in day out without sleeping in, without going off the rails, people who get up early on a weekend and train. Make that your new normal and the results will come
Take the precautions you need to set your self up to succeed, they might just be simple things.
CanŌĆÖt get up to train on Monday mornings?...

Well and truly knackered after my first boot camp at Forder PT but it was definitely worth it! Really friendly and highly motivational. Lots to make it different and keep you interested. Will look forward to the next session.

Total fitness programme is brilliant. An all round workout with big compound moves and HIT on alternate days. Every class is coached and you have the benefit of a group environment which pushes you harder than you could on your own! Try it you'll like it!!! ’┐Į

I was really nervous about exercising after just having a baby. Darren and ash have been amazing at encouraging me and giving me the confidence to push my body. HIT class is intense but so rewarding. Can't recommend highly enough ’┐Į

I couldn't recommend this set up enough. Competitive prices and unparalleled service. This place gets results. I would suggest that you try both the group training and 1to1 in order to stay motivated. The accurate nutrition advice and the persistent encouragement really helped me achieve my body goals.

I am recovering from a serious injury and need some help to get mobile, flexible and strong again. I was slightly concerned about entering the gym environment as I had the impression I wasn't ready to push weights or for it to be value for money. Forder PT has proved to me that my thought process was all wrong. I have a tailored plan to build me back up piece by piece, the attention to detail and knowledge base that the trainers show is phenomenal. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that I will eventually achieve all of my fitness goals. A fantastic gym and a great atmosphere to improve whatever your level or goals.
