Visited Francesco's for the first time last week with my daughter. First class service....really well looked after. Both stylist's did a wonderful job! Absolutely love my hair...thanks Elizabeth...it's fab!! Would definitely recommend and will return to maintain my new hairstyle....

Took my 2 & a half year old daughter for her 1st haircut. The lady was amazing & only charged me £5 for dry cut. She was so patient & even though my daughyer kept fidgeting, she still managed to cut her hair beautifully. The stylist checked that I was happy with the results. Also was a walk-in appointment. Would definately visit again.

I can not praise this salon enough.Their customer service is second to none and everyone within the salon makes your experience special.The very talented Heather Shaw created me the most perfect colour, and everyone has commented how beautiful it is.This salon is incredibly lucky to have Heather as part of their team. Gia cut & styled my hair,and made me feel comfortable with the new style.I was amazed at how efficient they were with my time in the salon,spending 2 hours & 45 minutes instead of my usual 5hours in other salons!I would recommend you all to everyone.Thank you all so much.See you soon.

Amazing service from consultation to finish! Went for colour overhaul and complete restyle with several inches off and Channon was an absolute legend!! There isn't anything about I don't love about it x

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, they explain every thing to you according to your hair's need..

Jess done my hair ,she is an afro Caribbean hair specialist and she was wonderful.

Because I wear the head scarf,they put up the screen for me,I felt relaxed,valued and respected as a costumer.

Rude staff and the prices u mention over the fone and online do not match the ones in store. Argumentative staff who do not value new customers I'd happily pay more to another salon and recieve better service

Rang on the Saturday for a colour consult, given an appointment for the Tuesday - turn up and I'm not even booked in. Orange receptionist not helpful and only one stylist on all day I'm told so can't be seen. Poor show, understaffed and not welcoming.
