Went in for lunch with my daughter and we had the most adorable lunch..spare ribs were amazing and burger was yum! Service with a smile and very helpful such a wonderful young man! Top notch service and food!! Thank you!!!

I took a school group yesterday for a pizza party, it was brilliant! Big thank you to our waiter Aaron too � he made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble! I'd highly recommend this experience to any other school who are looking for a fun trip!

Had lunch in there today, and I'm not sure the waiter's name but wanted to say we received the best service, he was very good with my daughter and practically took the seating apart to find her lost bracelet what a star � and the food was brill too

Had a lovely meal. Staff polite and friendly. Food was fab.

He was attentive and friendly, and made our experience very enjoyable with his positive, outgoing approach. He is a credit to your team and really stood out, making our meal personally tailored and memorable. Thank you, we will definitely be back :)

Had a fantastic meal,service was friendly and quick,bbq chicken pizza was great.had voucher so pizza and drink for £5.99 ,cheaper than fast food .

We walked in and was told 20 mins for a table,went to the bar and we was sat at the table in about 15 mins which was really good I thought,we ordered dough ballads to start with and we asked for a few more minutes to decide what we wanted to eat but it was 20 mins before the guy returned back to us to order..I can understand they was busy and we did get an apology..

Food and Drink was excellent, however we had about 3-4 different people serve us over the course of our meal so it was confusing who was in charge of our table and who to tip etc.. a bit more planning needed in regards to who serves who is in order.

We went for a breakfast Thursday morning and hardly anyone was in there so we sat down ourselves because no one came over to us! We sat down for a good 10 minutes so my friend went over to the lady who was being funny cuz we didn't wait for her to greet us so my friend explained we have two children so was easier just to go and find a seat, then because I am breastfeeding we sat in the corner my friend explained this for her to just walk off, we waited a good 10/15 minutes for two teas, we ordered a traditional breakfast which wasn't great! no toast with it and hardly any beans and one sausage! we ordered pancakes on the side to get one each for £3.75!!! Ridiculous prices! I have been here before and the dinners have always been nice and nice service but not this time!

Food was good, which is a shame because the service was shocking, we went for friends birthday, 15 minutes before anyone even came over, our food arrived before our drinks, we didn't get them till half way through the meal, without so much of an appology. needles too say we won't be returning.

Went for an early lunch on 25/04/17 for a birthday.... service good.. however i got FOOD POISONING from a basic cheeseburger off the lunchtime menu! Never been so ill! Will not be returning to any F&Bs you can keep your boil in the bag shite food!!

Cold hot drinks then eggs benedicts served with a tablespoon of hollondaise sauce and 1 rasher of the fattest bacon, all of which turned out to be cold. Discounted my breakfast by 50% initially, then fully after I refused to pay. Disgusting food and service.

They could not cope with the amount of people in there.

Took 20 minutes to get a drink even though we were the only people at the bar. Staff very disinterested!

Waitress did not know the dishes and obviously just started making stuff up which meant our order was wrong.

Long wait on food, although it was absolutely delicious!!



When it came to paying the bill was the most shocking..

We wanted to split our bill in 2 and pay half, the waitress then told us to work it out and left us the hand held card machine and walked away to wait other tables!!! �

She then came back over and told us she didn't have time to sort our bill out as she has alot of other people to deal with!

I'm sorry but is customer service not what she is paid for?????

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

On the other hand, food was delicious and the Manager James was a gem!

He definatly deserves a medal working alongside such utterly useless and rude staff!!

He needs to get a job elsewhere!!

I will never return to this branch! �

Ollie and 2 of his girls (Lizz and Catherine) were at Cabot Circus yesterday. Queued at Frankie & Bennies for over 10 minutes to be looked up and down by a member of staff and told "WE DON'T HAVE ROOM FOR WHEELCHAIRS"!! This is complete disability discrimination. I'm fuming and welcome you all to share this post. Anyone who Tweets please re tweet this. I'm taking it further.

Dropped in for my sons 10th birthday, I ordered the sirloin steak medium rare. The steak was cooked medium rare, unfortunately the loose handle but sharp steak knife struggled to cut it. You could have made a saddle out of it. Not just the usual sirloin gristle the meat was too.Won’t be rushing back, pretty much a disgrace. The kids did have a nice pizza though.
