Went to the tea room for a cup of tea and biscuits and the tea was very good. Staff very helpful as well. And I loved the cat walking around the tea room also.

Ordered two metal duck garden ornaments which arrived two days after ordering on line and in perfect condition. Great customer service as had to ring to check a mistake I made and my mind was put at ease �

Ordered a Japanese 12” granite bowl as a centre piece for my zen water garden. Top class service from ordering to receiving & the quality of the granite & bowl are second to none 10/10

Love this place i often get my plants ftom here and have had my lunch next door after vis this place it's like having a day out so much to see & buy and the staff are helpful too

I went to the shop and was served by Andy, he was brilliant. Helped me with everything I needed to replace the liner in our very large pond. He was knowledgeable and assisted to load the car without hesitation. We went back to buy 12 various fish and again Andy was more than willing to assist and patient as I wanted particular colours. Thank you Andy. Will be in again as we still haven't visited the coffee shop either.

I ordered two enigma statues and the overall service was brilliant and the hunter and dog statue and goddess statue both came extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Will be using again and would reccommend.

I just received my prize zombie and went strait from box to garden the quality of the product is amazing the eyes are so real looking and the company was so helpful and fast delivery I would recommend them to anyone and I will be looking to order In the near future thanks again guys

purchased voucher for afternoon tea as a gift for friends , last October, they tried 7 times to use it, once going in ,seeing empty tables but told too busy, then phoning and being told booked up. I am so embarrassed .

We brought a yardmaster shed and had nothing but trouble with it straight away we paid for fitting but still the shed is very badly made poor quality. We contacted this garden site and they have treated us shockingly poor. they ingnore your emails,make excuses when they do respond,they spin you a line we have been trading for sixty years,they are very good at not helping you ignoring you and keeping your MONEY,i would seriously WARN any one do not buy any thing from them,look at all there bad reviews on Trust pilot Facebook i wish we had looked closer i would never use them again.We have contacted trading standards about them, at the moment we are out of pocket and left with a poor quality shed that is dangerously sharp with sharp edges leeky roof and doors wont shut properly it takes two of us to try and force the door shut. buy your sheds from a better company who will treat you properly not like this bad company i have tryed my best to WARN PEOPLE.

Very disappointed with Gardensite! We ordered a water feature from their website. Only when I rung them to enquire about delivery did they inform that the product was no longer in stock! Changed our order to a similar feature, which arrived broken! Hopefully the customer service will wake up to better standards of service and arrange for the return of the product and reimbursement of cost.

The worst thing we have ever done was to buy new tropical fish, from this store, for our well established tank. Within two weeks our fish were riddled with white spot (the first ones to die of it were the new ones so it was obvious that's where the disease had come from) we returned to the store (with the dead fish) only to find very unhelpful and frankly rude staff who refused to take any responsibility. We have now lost ALL of our fish, some of which were several years old and would therefore cost a lot of money to replace. Never ever again!

Purchased a stone bench from them. It was defaced with initials scratched into it. I was told that this is how the item comes. The random markings were not included in the product description or images. They said I have to pay for return shipping and repackaging. Completely ridiculous considering the item was not as advertised. Never use this company.

Ordered aose fish pond pump paid £6.95 for extra delivery from hall on Thursday 23 arrived on Monday 27 pm told by halls 5 working days delivery .yet they open 7 Woking days .I lost 4 expensive fish .I complain to halls told the owner would phone me ,which they have not. Go to another garden centre ,one that keep there word and care

I ordered a bench from this company on the 10th April and they gladly took £79.99 from my accont, once the bench finally arrived it was damaged so I called them saying it was damaged and I wanted to return it and my money refunded. 3 calls later the bench still has not be uplifted and they will not refunded my money until they pick the bench up. I would not buy anything online from this company as it is a fight to get your money back. BE WARNED!



If I had my way they would get no star rating but had to give 1.

I bought 3lts of very expensive pond sealer , Within eight weeks it had starting bubbling and peeling athough they didn't inspect it they decided was an application error and if I wanted to take it any further to get leagal advise. Not a very good customer care department

Disappointing customer service - Ordered10meters x 4 meters of Verdegrass online on Saturday 1st August total price £539, was contacted on Tuesday 4th for delivery and confirmed delivery would be Wednesday 5th, waited in all day no delivery, advised would be delivered Thursday 6th but could not give a time, but could give me a delivery before 9.30am today. Verdegrass was delivered on Thursday 6th and 6.40pm, went to roll out the verde grass, to find the grass has holes and is damaged. Immediately emailed Halls Garden centre with photos, have sent various emails today and have called them, just spoken with them to be advised they cannot do anything or arrange a collection until the investigations is concluded? Appalling that as a customer I am having to suffer and I have paid for faulty verdegrass that now has to stay in my garden until collection,if it continues to rain daily by the time it is collected it will be of no use to anyone - wish I had now shopped local at Longacres

Customer service mmmmmmm. I'm a customer I think I got poor service. Bought new filter fitted straight away, after a few days noticed pond had turned greener. Checked uv it seemed OK.

So rang customer service was electric on they said then they would send new tube 8w tube no I said it is 12w they did not believe me so sent photo they then believed me saying it should be 8w and they would send me one I asked for next day she said no way it took 3 days.
