So if your property is maintained by them your spare keys are now kept at Ashford or Maidstone. So if you have an emergency and have to get into your property and the tenants are not in and your not about. It will not only take longer to get into your property. It will also cost you a lot more to get work done. Such as your yearly gas safety checks because of the collection of keys ! I would always recommend using a local business instead of a big national company. There are some great local letting agents in Folkestone. But i would personally recommend Hestia property services because it's a local family run business.
