Today I said yes to the dress at Gems Bridal Wear! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing these ladies are. I have just come home from the bridal shop after finally finding 'the one'.



I have always been really self conscious and hated my figure. I've never been able to try clothes on at shops and hide my curves under loose clothing. These women found me a dress perfect for my body (one that I would never have chosen alone) and I fell in love. They're so kind hearted and beautiful in and out. Genuinely feel so happy now. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE BIG DAY!!!!

The staff at Gems Bridalwear including Amy and Dawn have both been absolutely fantastic in helping me towards our wedding day! We are soon to be married and my dress is absolutely flawless. Dawn has done a fantastic and seamless job on the alterations and Amy has gone over and beyond to help me with pulling my bridal look together! They are very well organised, making sure that they dot every i and cross every t and they always put you first. Gems Bridalwear really do know what it takes to look after every bride that walks through their doors and their service is second to none. I can’t recommend Gems enough. I’ve now been in 3 times and tried on possibly every dress in the shop, and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Fantastic service, I immediately felt at ease when greeted by Hayley, the manager. She listened to what I felt I wanted and made suggestions on what might suit me. She encouraged me to try on dresses I would have never considered which turned out to be the right decision because I brought one of them! She gave me honest opinions and I never felt under any pressure. Together with herself and another staff member also called Hayley, they helped me understand exactly what I really wanted from a dress.
