JUST A REMINDER THAT THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING AVAILABLE, DISABLED PARKING ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DISABLED BAY WITHOUT A BADGE! IT IS NOT A WAITING AREA, IT IS FOR BLUE BADGE HOLDERS ONLY. (parking was monitored over an 8 month period, in the interest of patient safety we had no other choice but to stop patient parking as it was becoming dangerous for pedestrians to pass as vehicles were being parked on the pathway and pedestrians were having to step into the road to pass, please give yourself time to find alternative parking, there is a pay and display a 2 minute walk away and also a free 45 minute bay a 2 minute walk away).

The GDC regards tooth whitening as the practice of dentistry and it must only be carried out by a registered dentist, dental hygienist, dental therapist, and a clinical dental technician working to the prescription of a dentist.
The practice of dentistry is limited to GDC registrants. Applying materials and carrying out procedures designed to improve the aesthetic appearance of teeth amounts to the practice of dentistry. So too does the giving of clinical advice about such pr...ocedures. Therefore all tooth whitening procedures, including bleach and laser treatment, are the practice of dentistry.
Working legally Only registered dental professionals can offer or provide dental treatments legally and safely.
This is because they have trained for a significant amount of time to be skilled in:
carrying out careful and comprehensive dental examinations of the mouth, teeth and gums
diagnosing and treating dental conditions in a safe way
giving advice on dental hygiene and care
explaining the risks, costs and benefits of treatments so dental patients are well informed and able to provide proper consent
intervening in an emergency situation, and identifying when certain treatments might not be suitable for a particular patient.
The law recognises the importance of keeping patients safe and it is very clear that it is a criminal offence for someone who isn’t registered with the GDC to offer or provide dental treatment.
You also have to be registered with us to legally be able to call yourself a dentist or any other title that implies that you are a registered dental professional, such as a dental nurse or dental technician. If you are not registered and you use these titles, you may be committing a criminal offence.
In order to legally receive payments for offering or providing dental treatments:
​​As an individual, you must also be registered with us.
As a company, you must ensure that a majority of directors are registered with us.

FAILING TO ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT.......If you are unable to make an appointment, please call us to cancel and rearrange as we have a long waiting list for patients and they are missing out on appointments simply because people are not turning up for their appointments. Like a lot of people I was petrified of the dentist. After 14 years of avoiding the dentist I desided enough was enough. I don’t know why I was avoiding going. From the receptionist to the dentist, it wasn’t has bad as I’d built up in my head. See you in 6 months 😁. Debbie

Incredible staff both in reception and during the examination! Can not recommend this dentist enough, my first visit to the dentist In 6 years and they made me feel at ease, giving me fantastic information.

I've had a severe phobia of dentists for years after being on the receiving end of a butcher at a young age...however I cannot fault this practice in the slightest! From the reception staff being so welcoming and friendly to the way that the dentist himself took my fears into account and talked me through the whole process. Thank you so much to Feisal and Sylvia for helping me to overcome my crippling fear and being so wonderful and gentle and kind (despite me blubbering like a baby!) You have a patient for life x

I have to be one of the biggest babies when it comes to the dentist, these guys were so lovely, they didn't judge me or make me feel like I should " man up" they were incredibly understanding from the girls at the front desk, to the dental nurse and the dentist thank you

I came the other day to an appointment, and what can I say other than a big Thankyou , I have a severe dental phobia and well from the lady's in reception and everyone who seen me was very compassionate and kind and took my fears into the situation. Thankyou so much for your patience. I wished I had this treatment when I was younger and perhaps my phobia wouldn't be so severe now, I am unable to remember the man I seen but he was fab and took his time and explained everything ..... Thankyou as I say to you all x

Honestly the best dentist I’ve been too. So friendly and kind towards me all staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend it to anybody.
