Went last Friday lunch time 22/06 can't fault the food or service.

Went here for a birthday meal and couldn't find a single fault. Service was great and the staff were friendly. It has a great atmosphere. The food tasted amazing and there was plenty to choose from. Would definitely come again �

Very nice chinese buffet. Good selection - had chucked and sweet corn soup for starters, then duck pancakes, and then a plate of various dishes from the buffet. Reasonable selection of sweets including lychees. Meal for two with drinks less than £40. All good.

My absolute favourite place to eat. Been here on many occasions and loved it every time! Food is amazing and the staff are always polite and friendly.

I frequent the ginger tree with friends and family but this was the first time with colleagues from work on an outing that I organised every one of us agreed the food was magnificent and truly worth the money. I even shook the manager by the hand telling him he has new fans and will almost certainly be coming back overall great night.

Hadn't been for a while but we were not disappointed. I have 2 kids who eat completely different things but both were very happy here. Staff & service was great too. Would definitely recommend you try here if you haven't been before x x

Brilliant first time there cost £47 for 2 children and 2 adults including refillable drinks. Food was hot and pudding selection was fab. Trifle was gorgeous. ... fresh pancakes made in front of you. Very nice atmosphere and setting. Staff friendly and efficient. Be aware children are measured on height of 1.4m or under..... food was really nice and even made me want to try a few new things I never had before. ...

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Shame we were encourage to leave by clearing away the tables (no ques or even close to closing) but our party of 12 all had a very nice meal and I enjoyed the Tepanyaki.

Went on Halloween evening expecting lovely fresh food, however I think a lot was left over from lunch time. Poppadoms had been redipped and were soggy, some food was cold. Nothing very tasty or nice to justify more expensive price. All desserts that were tried were dry and bland. Service was decent.

Very hit and miss. We have been a few times and most have been very enjoyable, however a couple of times have been not good. Went tonight to celebrate my birthday and all the Chinese food was dry obviously been sat under the bright lights since the restaurant opened at 5 ( we arrived at 6.30 ). My son tried the nan bread and couldn't eat it as it was dry and crispy. However the curry dishes that are covered were very nice. The cakes were dry, and the staff spent more time just getting in the way rather than doing anything. I was very disappointed and don't think we will risk another visit as it's not cheap and not worth gambling that the food will be good.

Not great experience unfortunately,chicken not cooked well ,under cooked in some and dry and over cooked in other dishes .. boiled rice was hard and dry the best bit was the desserts 🍨 🍮🍦and the service was good ..

Went today. Terrible food. Was all dry and luke warm. Had bottle wine was warm. Hadent been in the fridge. Asked for ice. Took 10 mins to get it. Manager and 2 members of staff were in middle of dining area trying to grab a large spider with a napkin as I was trying to walk past and other customers. Not once did anyone ask if everything was ok. When paid cashier didnt speak to me once or look at me. Ice cream machine out of order. No alternative. 30 pound for 2 people. Total waste of money. Terrible. Have used previously and was ok.

We went on Sunday evening and I phoned ahead to check they had availability for two. I checked the chocolate fountain was on. My birthday treat. We got there and were told the fountain was only on for 45 minutes. I collected some first. It was clear that the staff were trying to go home. There was very little food in the servers and our table mats were taken in between courses. The toilets were closed upstairs and we were told we had to use disabled toilet. My husbands bear was nearly taken and his water. We felt like an inconvenience. We arrived at 8.15 they close at 10 but no food was added ehe we were there. Altogether a bad experience. Not recommended
